Eversince I have owned a Tesla cars from Model S, Model X Long Range. I never look back to buy another car other than Tesla. Now, we bought the Model Y Performance & the Model 3 Performance model. A lot of features that you can enjoy like over the air updates, controlling your car through your mobile device, anti-theft code - sentry mode (alerts you when it detects possible threats nearby), autopilot (which allows the car to navigate on its own) & you can view all the live cameras of your tesla in your mobile phone! I was impressed with those Performance Model, it's really crazy fast in terms of acceleration and speed. In 2023, Tesla's Model Y beat Volkswagen's ID. 4 to become the best-selling electric car model here in Norway. FYI: Norway was among the largest electric vehicle market in Europe. I own 3 Tesla in lieu of 2 Mbenz and 2 others two years ago. I ordered M3 in Oct. 2021 n delivered in Dec. 2021. Then I ordered MY LR in Jan. 6/22 n delivered in Aug. 2022, waited for seven months made in Giga Austin plant. Then I ordered the 2nd MY LR in April 2022 nd delivered in Oct. 2022. Our electric bills just went up by $100 bucks compared to 4 ICE cars at $350 monthly. It's a smart car all voice command like iPhone. I summoned it when it's raining when we dine out. The FSD is compelling to use when it's long driver as well as short drive...I don't get tire driving is fun again and relaxing. Not going back to ICE cars again. The most important features of Tesla is the Sentry mode w/ seven cameras that serves as your live recorded video and save onboard the flash drive. The second feature is can't be stolen bcuz there's no key but it's connected through Tesla app and paired w/ your smart phone. It comes w/ 2 key card for emergency. I keep one in my pocket just in case. If some one hit your car, it's all recorded and can be provided to your insurance provider. It's the safest car on earth in my personal experienced...but it's not for everybody bcuz the price in not cheap but maintenance "FREE" just add windshield water from time to time. If your planning to buy 1, it's a must to install home charging takes 30 miles/hr. 240V. w/ dedicated 50 Amp installed in your circuit breaker.
I like this review, lots of insider info about Tesla that you won't get from other car reviewers. With a brother in law who previously worked at Tesla, you don't need a Tesla salesman to tour you around the car haha.. And hey, I won't be surprised if Lucas follows his uncle's footsteps and have a car youtube channel when he grows up.
I’m not sure of the case for electric cars in the Philippines right now when the country suffers from so many brown outs (power outages) apart from in BGC. If you have investment in solar power it could make sense to some degree.
Solar isn't going to sustain a full charge. The amps required will be diverted to the main grid. Meralco Electric is expensive & all condos you need to buy a parking spot with no electric charger. No high speed chargers either. As with BYD, these cars are nice looking but totally impractical here in the Philippines. Also with our residential 100 amperage or less breaker boxes, diverters will probably be needed delaying home charging even further.
Solar makes sense.just add a battery.if it's cloudy, the charging will come from the battery. LFP batteries are safe, and sodium batteries are safer. Sodium batteries will be mass marketed next year.@@Gregory-Masovutch
Yung lever na for emergency exit is just that. Pwedeng masira yung window pag binuksan yung kotse using that lever so do not open that door with it unless absolutely just for emergency.

you don’t have to be a scientist to figure it out. why build charge networks if you just started selling TSLA Cars locally.. if your a businessman, wala luge ka na dong kahit unlimited pa capital mo, it don’t make sense
hindi naman rocket science ang mga panel gaps, so basically it's just cheaper labor in china that makes it economically feasible to get those gaps closer to perfection. hindi rin yan indicator of overall quality, coz you can have a car with perfect panel gaps but with low quality parts inside.
Na test drive ko yong bagong model 3 noong kalalabas pa lang sa US at nagustuhan ko sya. Ang suspension nya mas malambot kumpara sa older 3 and Y. Ang ayaw ko lang ay wala na yong mga stalks nya and I wish hindi nila tinanggal ang fog lights pero hindi madali lang naman ma familiarize and shifter at turn signal sa steering wheel. Overall after owning a Tesla Model Y for the last three years I like the car. Hopefully I can afford to buy another one when it’s time for a new car😂.

Yung car po namin dati na Model X Long Range have only 565 km. range ay kinaya mgdrive from Oslo, Norway to Paris, France. Moreover, We drove our Tesla Model X mostly long distance driving here in Norway (8-10 hrs. driving) but of course you need to charge between them ( 1 or 2 charging )
The more tech features and amenities the more headaches and services required. Just drive the basic ICE vehicle similar to the very robust for keeps Toyota LC 70/76 series . It will still run for 25 yrs and good resale value
Tesla quality is bad. I own a 2022 Model Y Performance and had the 2022 Model X Plaid. Bad build quality and service centers are bunch of jokes. They have nothing but excuses telling me it's "within specs". They damaged my Model X instead of fixing it. I fought them to return it. Went to their arbitration and they didn't show up. They didn't even show up but I still lost. I kept fighting them and they finally accepted the return. I just came from the Philippines and was there in BGC and checked out the cars in their showroom and inside the mall. I must say the Chinese builds are much cleaner. Unless it's only what's in the showroom and you get surprised with the horrible build when you get your order like here in the US and that's when the nightmare begins. Boy do I have stories to tell. When I got my Model X Plaid home, I ran over the license plate screw in our driveway and made my rear driver side tire flat. That's because they didn't tighten it and fell out as I backed in our driveway. That was the beginning of the nightmare. My Model Y is not as bad but it has build issues as well. Rear floor behind the driver seat pops like a beer car. Rear lift gate collects water when it rains and drips when you open it. There are fix but it goes to show you how they rush the builds. F Tesla and Elon Musk.

Recalls are normal. They happen a lot even with other brands. What matters is that, the manufacturer acknowledges the issue and is willing to fix it.

Most of our owned Tesla cars have no major issue. That's why we bought again another Tesla cars (Model Y Performance & Model 3 Performance)

Tesla quality is bad. I own a 2022 Model Y Performance and had the 2022 Model X Plaid. Bad build quality and service centers are bunch of jokes. They have nothing but excuses telling me it's "within specs". They damaged my Model X instead of fixing it. I fought them to return it. Went to their arbitration and they didn't show up. They didn't even show up but I still lost. I kept fighting them and they finally accepted the return. I just came from the Philippines and was there in BGC and checked out the cars in their showroom and inside the mall. I must say the Chinese builds are much cleaner. Unless it's only what's in the showroom and you get surprised with the horrible build when you get your order like here in the US and that's when the nightmare begins. Boy do I have stories to tell. When I got my Model X Plaid home, I ran over the license plate screw in our driveway and made my rear driver side tire flat. That's because they didn't tighten it and fell out as I backed in our driveway. That was the beginning of the nightmare. My Model Y is not as bad but it has build issues as well. Rear floor behind the driver seat pops like a beer car. Rear lift gate collects water when it rains and drips when you open it. There are fix but it goes to show you how they rush the builds. F Tesla and Elon Musk.
