Hey! Unfortunately we just did this as a fun project and wanted to document the process, however I wouldn’t be confident doing it for someone else, only because I would not want to mess up anything. I do recommend Circuit Demon, they do amazing work, and warranty their services :)

Have you used 55W HID bulbs on this Auto zone projectors ? Do they work well with this wattage ?

Not sure. We ran 35w hids. You can run 55w but I recommend using relay harness so the bulbs draw power from the battery and not the oem harness. Basically any morimoto hid kit. They have 35w and 55w kits

It wasn't that you didn't push the butyl into the creases. You're supposed to stretch it out and use alot less next time lol. But nice lights
