This pokemon pseudo legendary rap cypher features psuedo egendary pokemon from different pokemon generations taking part in a big pokemon rap cypher. This is not my first pokemon cypher as I have done other cypher pokemon rap songs including my eevee pokemon cypher song and the pokemon trainer cypher which is the prequel to the pokemon champion rap cypher. I have also created the pokemon villain cypher and the pokemon rival cypher all leading up to this pokemon professor rap cypher song. This cypher I took the same approach as my pokemon starter rap cypher and the legendary pokemon rap cypher, This time, it’s a pseudo legendary pokemon rap cypher. Each rapper represents a different group of iconic psuedo legendary pokemon from a specific region. Pseudo-legendary Pokémon (Japanese: 600族 600 club) is a fan term commonly used to refer to any Pokémon that has a three-stage evolution line, 1,250,000 experience at level 100, and a base stat total of exactly 600 (before Mega Evolving). Pseudo-legendary Pokémon are often more powerful than many other non-Legendary Pokémon due to their high base stats.
Some fans omit the need to have 1,250,000 experience at level 100 from their definition, although this has no effect on the Pokémon that are in the group.

So, about Connor's last bar,
Bagon, evolves into Shelgon, then Salamence. The Pokedex states that a Bagon's base desire is to one day fly. So it evolved into Shelgon, who then bursts out of its shell into Salamence, who now has wings.
So Connor's "If life didn't give you wings, grow them fuckers yourself" bar is a direct reference to Salamence, quite literally, growing its wings itself.

dragapult fires its preevolution dreepy from the cannons mounted on its head, this is a unique move to dragapult and also from the pokedex, the dreepy's actually enjoy being shot at opponents

In the Trainer Rap Cypher, Mat4yo ended his verse with a reference to Hydreigon- "Leave you out like the laundry, High, Dry, Gone".
"Cause you know I'm not the type to fly, I'd rather tear out your heart, leave you in the dark"
Despite Hydreigon being able to fly, it's a dragon/dark type. Dark types are also associated with savagery or evil, and in japanese it's called the "evil" type.
"Bad things come in threes and you don't wanna hear these fists talk"
It has three heads, the two on the sides look like fists, with mouths, that can talk.
"No repentance for this devilish degenerate, who's entering the metagame with gems all on his neck and wrist"
Gen 5 introduced a set of items called "gems", one for each type. If your pokemon held a gem, the first attack it used of the gem's type would receive a 50% damage boost, but the gem would be consumed. Gems are a menace in competitive pokemon, and were recently banned from gen 5 ou. I don't know if Hydreigon used gems particularly well, probably in vgc doubles.

Ray Rizzo won the VGC world championships in 2011 and 2012 with a Hydreigon.

Red Eyes Black Dragon is a yu-gi-oh monster

This is just some cool writing, as far as I know. Don't think it's a specific reference

This is a loose reference to the Japanese version of the hydra and the inspiration for Hydreigon, the Yamato-no-orochi. The people used eight gates to separate its eight heads to defeat it.
"I bring the agony to Ghetsis' enemies like I was in the garden of Gethsemanie"
The Garden of Gethsemanie is the place in the bible where Jesus suffered after the Last Supper, and was arrested. Hydreigon has a lot of devilish symbolism, so connecting it to religion makes sense.
"Know that when you say a prayer to the trinity, it's no epiphany that you will think of me"
Another religious reference, the Trinity is the Christian concept of God, Jesus Christ, and the Holy Ghost as simultaneously the same, and separate. Don't ask me to explain it, I don't think most Christians understand it either. Oh, and it's funny cause of the three heads.
"The most brutal of the pseudos"
It's the only dark-type pseudo-legendary besides Tyranitar, and dark is associated with brutality and evil
"When I'm through though, they'll be changing the titles to black and blue yo"
The games Hydreigon is from are Black and White. Hydreigon is gonna beat you up till you're "black and blue" instead
"These other rappers tryna throat chop at my neck, but this hydra keeps getting ahead and ahead and ahead"
A reference to the hydra myth, if you chop off one head, two more will grow in its place. Also, once again, "ahead" repeated three times for having three heads
