11:20 Plasma blasts has 5 pierce and 6 with epic range, Laser blasts has 1 pierce and 2 with epic range. It's not a downgrade unless you're going for single target.
In the game codes, the base Lasers attack are depicted as two separate projectiles, each having 2 pierce, while base Plasma is depicted as one projectile with 3 pierce and fired "twice as often" when compared to Lasers. Epic Range when combined with Lasers increases the pierce of each projectile by 1, up to 6 overall pierce per shot, and 4, while fired more often, with Plasma. This however, when joined with the Robo upgrades, doesn't change the projectile values from each arm. And the "attack speed buff" Plasma gives to Techno Terror makes it impervious to Slow powers, but still not to stun powers.

@Riawil2 you are better off investing more money in a new 1-0 instead of plasma anyways, plasma is always a downgrade unless you're going for 2-3 or 2-4, it is never worth it to upgrade to plasma
