Splendid ATV catches above the clouds my friend :) Kudos, as it is very rare to see such television channels whilst being on an airplane. I try to be cautious as well when I record FM catches as the stewards pass by. Thank you for sharing as this is all part of history 73!

I used TV headphone out (hooked to the phone via TRRS adapter) Unlike my radio TV has only 1 audio out (when headphones connected, no sound comes from tv), so I could not hear anything until I watched the recording

Well, I guess it depends on the plane provider company u are using And if ur radio looks like a radio or like a destructive device (people are very scared theese days, and if they dont understand something, its easier to ban it) Why wouldnt it be allowed, I was not bothering anyone (thats a receiver not a transmitter) What I suggest u is to watch all the safety videos on youtube beforehand I wish planes would first play the safety videos, then proced to turn engine on and takeoff (its only about 5minutes, we are not that in a hurry)
