You should give her a bath with dish soap. Make a “collar” first so the fleas don’t run to her head. I don’t know the Exact details but the kitten lady spells it out for you. Look up the kitten lady for details

I once rescued 3 kittens! They were hiding under a giant metal storage container (like the one you see in the video) and I lured them out with wet cat food and used a box when they would step out from under. A friend adopted the 2 girls and I fostered the boy for a few weeks until a nice biker lady adopted him. We found the biker lady threw the rescue company that we adopted our pitbull from so we know he went to a good home. I love that your trying to help these animals, it really warms my heart. ♡

Yeah.. Define 'homeless' because that cat was socialized and showed no fear of a cage. Someone was taking care of that cat - possibly waiting until birth to spay it (common in neighborhood cat colonies).
What about Sarabi? That’s the name of the mom from the lion king, then you can name the babies the baby lions from the lion king! (If to much babies you should also name the little rascal babies after some of the hyenas).
Joey, don’t do this yet, because if the ticks & fleas, but once she’s cleaned I’ve got an idea that might help. If you can get a toy that she plays with or a blanket that she sleeps on, after a few days, swap it with something of Sakura’s or the dog’s, because this will help her get accustomed to their scent and help them get accustomed to her’s. Just an idea!

Stray, feral cats generally aren't as friendly as this. She seems like she has had a home with people at some point.
She may have been an outdoor cat.
Most of my neighborhood strays are friendly. Ferals aren't. Not all strays are ferals.
