My husband & I met Bo in an ourdoor concert in Amish Country, PA years ago. He was a kind-hearted, talented and giving soul. I requested this song for my retired husband, CMC of USN and he graciously sang and dedicated the song to my husband. Never will forget that moment. All I can say is, "Thank you!".
I love this song. This is the first I've seen of this video and they look and sound really great. I miss The Hinsons and am thankful there are videos are posted. God Bless You, Gwen
When I see comments about the facial expressions that he makes when he sings it reminds me of how petty, immature, and ridiculous some people can be. Who cares about the faces? He has a phenomenal voice, is singing a beautiful song and is glorifying God with his gift, and all you can think about are his facial expressions? I think someone needs to grow the heck up.
Just saw this post and thought it was worth commenting on. Bo's uncle Kenny had facial expression that is them showing there emotions when The Holy Spirit is blessing them .It is a good thing he is not embarrassed to show how he feels
@@michellenine9486 I am Michelle Nine lol wow a year ago was when I commented ? Anyway I love the faces he makes like he is really feeling it the Truth I will Sail On and wait for The Captain
i swear the people need to get a life they notice his face but yet they can not respect the song they do not know Gospal Music need to thank god for sending his son
Seems like people hung up on facial expressions are not interested in listen to the message in the Zion. The lyrics are so profound. Encourages us to press forward when it seems like we are facing our darkest times.
Jeffrey Harris: it's hard to sing AND enunciate clearly for big venues like this. I know, I'm a singer. If you know EVERYONE in the room knows the words, that's 1 thing. But to clearly enunciate, you have to do that AROUND maintaining the correct notes & keeping up with the music. when you add taking breaths at the right time AND the feelings that the words & the music cause in yourself, you just can't stand perfectly still & expressionless.
Ginger Peters if you listen closely, he was struggling with his voice. He naturally makes faces, but I think it was even more obvious as he was trying to sing it while fighting with some throat issues. IMO of course.
I agree with Tim Walker; Why are some folk are hung up on facial expressions? They have nothing to do with the message that the song is delivering. For Pete's sake. GROW UP!
POOR BO ACTS LIKE SOMEBODY IS HITTING HIM ON THE BIG TOE WITH A CLAW HAMMER....I SING ALL THOSE OLD HINSON SONGS AND THERE WILL NEVER BE ANOTHER SET OF ANOITTED SONGS LIKE THOSE WRITTEN BY THE HINSONS...GLORY HOLY GHOST FILLED JUMP THE PEW ME AND YOU GOING THROUGH THEM HOLY GATES SONGS....
Bo sings just like his Dad, Ronny Hinson. In concert, Ronnie would do all sorts of acrobatic leaning back, bending back like he had a big rock he was pushing up off of him. It's an "old school" technique.
That look of pain is somebody that is spirit filled who not only sings those lyrics but he is feeling every thing he is singing about....that's a love for God that is deeper and stronger than anything you've ever imagined or experienced before. It's like trying to explain to somebody who is not in church what trevailing in the spirit is or speaking in tongues.....It's a relationship with God that is so deep you can't explain it,you just need to experience it for yourself....You lose yourself in the song that your singing....godbless

i used to have the record albulm back in the 70" nailing my sins to his cross.
Actually, in 1997, on this video the other members are Rhonda Hinson and Stan Dailey.

Listening in 2019
Country and western music
never be the same without Kenny
❤️
The fellow didn't like Bo's expressions. I guess he also didn't like Jake Hess, JD Sumner, or Dale Shelnut?
This now No sister but his wife

Are the faces necessary?
Ohh come on,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,
Bo makes some of the most terrible faces. Does he have to make those faces in order to hit the notes?
Sings like he is in pain and agony. Kinda disturbing to watch him.
