Really anticipating getting mine. I wish they'd address going forward: Uniform shades of uniform colors...greys, blues, reds, etc. It's not a deal breaker, but helps the characters look more like part of a team.

I have two pre-ordered. From what I can see in your video, all wheels are identical, same as the VAMP and the SMS which is wrong. You have to manually take the tyres off the rims on two of the four and put them back on backwards in order for the treads to be symmetrical on both sides of the vehicle. I know, it's a crazy little detail, but it bothers the hell out of me if I leave them how they come out of the box.
Looking forward to getting mine from BBTS next week. Looks like Hasbro is increasing their corner cutting to save money and increase profits when it comes to the driver.

I think I d like a pythonised vamp for Cobra, the x - 30 was my fav in the 80s, I had both the vamp and stinger with mms for my team, Sears I d much prefer a humvee or 2 for my joe team than an experimental jeep - buggy... and one Abram please Hasbro! fully scaled, no toy cheat. or I ll go rc and have a real mature piece. so now you know... One of my favorite toys is a kid as well, couldn’t resist getting on the list. Thanks for the review. I have to say for the price they could’ve done a little bit more. I mean, you could’ve put a spot for a AAA battery in there and had a couple LED lights for the headlights….- maybe a light up dashboard… I mean, we are talking 40 years later … just saying… could have even had a tiny motor for the winch… again just saying…
You noticed that back plate with the pegs for figures isn’t interchangeable with the vamp like they said it would , the gas can box on the back gets in the way and the stand isn’t spaced out correctly…..you could probably force it in there and risk cracking the vamp or the plate but it don’t fit …..not on mine anyways

I have the Vamp with some upgrades I bought on Etsy. Not sure I want the Cobra Stinger though it is on its way to me. It is mostly a repaint. The rocket launcher seems loose when turned... Hasbro should've made the joint stronger.
That looks awesome but I had to make the financial & space decision. I'm skipping out on classified vehicles. They look great & if you can get them please enjoy them for me. Still, it's $100 for a toy car? I just can't do it. Respect to everyone who can but I decided Classified I'm just getting the characters I liked from the show. Vehicles I'm collecting past lines as I still have my 25th & onward 3.75 figures & most fit retro. Hasbro, I got bills!
The missile rack is one of the biggest letdowns it is so soft and flimsy like the missiles, pops off the peg too easily and droops from the weight of the missiles. The missiles should have been made of lighter hollow ABS like the HMS missiles. Also the wheels are really wobbly compared to the VAMP. Still love it but another QC letdown from Hasbro.
The footlocker boxes aren't upside down. Put the name on the bottom and you'll see the print design looks like a sitting footlocker. If you rotate it horizontally, you can read the numbers the right way up with the logo on top. Its always been this way. Always. Stop rolling it vertically and expecting to be able to read it.
Can you take a picture of the rocket trail in the rocket on the launcher? I dunno why, but just thinking of what it looks like seems like it doesn’t work.
@starlord157 what do you mean for not working? It fits, the trail doesn't hit the vehicle unless it's angled up and facing to the rear, then it would interfere with the roof
I guess I didn’t explain it right, like looking at the box art, it looks weird to me with the missile sitting on the rack with the trail effect just hanging off it. I’m wondering if it looks better in person ?
I cancelled my Vamp because i really don't care for the wheels they're using for this mold. I almost canceled my Stinger too but thought i do like it more than the Vamp. But then I saw Gridiron makes some good looking wheels so I kept my order. I love that they're doing the vehicles but I'm a firm believer that this scale is good for figures but not vehicles..so just one Stinger for me. Good review
What you guys think of the 100 dollar price tag. I think this should have been 69.99-74.99 tops 😅 good lord 100 bucks for an army build vehicle. Without figure this should be 59.99 - 64.99 lol business is business I guess

They should have given the driver some kind of goggles or a full helmeted head for variation.

I love firefly with my 4 pyth vipers, it looks fab! I d want a firefly or pythonised coloured vamp if Hasbro does it.
