This type of very short flight is the ONLY type of flying that I do with Microsoft Flight Sim. I program the CDU to follow PBD waypoint sequences that draw a semi-circle that departs from a specified runway and then circles back to land on the same runway.
Aviation will never be a career for me so I have zero interest in the multi-hour cruise portion simulator flights. My passion for simulator flying is focused on takeoffs and landings in EXTREMELY turbulent weather with ferocious shifting crosswinds that call for careful interplay between my Boeing-style CH flight yoke, Saitek rudder pedals, and throttle quadrant with trim wheel and thrust reversers.
My only minor quibble with this video clip is that the instrument panel is never shown, so we don't see the EHSI or ADI displays to get an idea of airspeed, altitude, and flight path. Great video all the same.

Thanks for the reply. I try to show the cockpit during takeoff and landing as well as the TC and the TD. I'll take these things into consideration.
