I think Kobo managed to bring the big brothers (and uncles) aura from most of them. Oga would usually (playfully) snap if anyone dare to call him Ojisan but he let Kobo called him that. Vesper even agreed to be a vampire bat just for her. Not forget how Uproar and Altare are spoiling her to the max.

Ok, so, lorewise, this world doesn't have an original Arurandeisu. There was no Arurandeisu in this world. The Old Arurandeisu was actually a demon hunter from another universe who was trapped here. He found a way home but he didn't want the *Holostars Arurandeisu* to be gone so he asked the Young Arurandeisu (who is from another different universe) to take his place. They share memories so two of them are just two people with one soul.
As for why is he Italian.. well... he was just born Italian even in other universe lol
