I'm a big people pleaser as well, which has caused me to try so hard to do amd be what people expected me to do/be. I too settled to be a wife and mom, which makes me happy, but I couldnt help feeling like I've disappointed alot of people. My take away from this episode is that loving yourself is a journey and everything will happen at the right time. Love and blessings always.

Wonderful interview Tam. You inspire me and I just love you. It is as if you raised my mind and extracted my thoughts. All I want to be is who God designs for me and not what others expects and this is a very powerful place. I do things for me and now because others say this or expects that and so I do things in my own time. The finer things in life for me are relationship with God, family, good friends, health and happiness. These are what I value most.

My biggest pitfall was trying to be there for everyone and not saying NO more and then I just felt worn out and when I decided to do what I wanted to do and do it for me, that's when many, many, disappeared
