    I bought a brand new T350 Rebel back in December 1971. Miss it today. Greetings from Cape Town South Africa.

    I have a white t350. Even though they are only 315cc they can run with the R5 and RD 350's Suzuki made excellent two stroke bikes.

      Yes, they really are great little bikes. Like you said, even though the motor is a bit smaller they are super quick. I also think the super light weight of these makes them more fun to ride. I sold mine a while back, and do miss it!

    Extremely nice Eg. a restored bike. I had one in the day. Gold coloured. Very impressive your bike. They were great days for me and I miss that bike so much. And I envy you, if you still own it.

    Like the t-1000 told the cop.....Say, that's a nice bike! I had one when I was in high school, painted lime green. That was one quick motorcycle. My brother in law had a Norton 750, and I could take him in the eighth mile, then wave bye bye for the last half. My sister bought a gold one, same year model. We would get in the same gear, and same rpms and the resonance of those two motorcycles as we moseyed down the road, was awesome! Correction: the two that me and my sister had were 1971 350s, not 1970. I think our colors were not offered in 1970

      Thanks, yes they looked great in the pearl white paint too. They really are fun, quick little bikes, and so lightweight. I sold mine a few years ago, and do miss it sometimes.

    Absolutely superb! I recently read an old test between this model 350 and the Bridgestone 350. Always thought the Bridgestone was faster on the 0-60 test but not so. The Suzuki had better margins.

    A beautiful machine. My 72 T350J runs like a champ but does not look no where as nice as your bike. Where abouts in Florida are you?

    How much kph is the max velocity?

    • @mlw61mlw
      @mlw61mlw  7 ปีที่แล้ว +2

      Not quite sure, but magazine tests back when the bike was new stated that the top speed was around 150kph. This bike is not really about top speed, but it's quick and fun, due to it's light weight and peaky powerband.

      @@mlw61mlw I remember having mine up to 95 MPH. And I also remember it starting to vibrate and shake. But I really really miss that bike I use to own as a teenager back in the early 70s. Yes you are correct, the power band is peaky. These days I don’t go over 60 MPH. Just enjoy leisurely my riding now.
