I bought one of these on Jan 29th 1976 (the day I passed my M/C test, a 1973 model in a resprayed sea green colour. It seemed so big after my Honda SS50 that my mate had to ride it home for me. I paid £250 for it. It used Champion L81 spark plugs - weird how the memory keeps these useless facts, no wonder I cant remember what I had for dinner yesterday, my memory is full!

£250 was a bargain - I remember paying that much for my moped in the same year. 👍

@@freemenofengland2880 Yes my SS50 was bought brand new nine months earlier for £215. But hey talking about pricing my brother bought a brand new Suzy GT500 in 1978 for £576 - they were offloading them.
