Erlang is my second favorite Chinese god next to Wukong. I’m hoping that he will show up in the Lego Monkie Kid show one day. (In one version of the Lotus Lantern ChenXiang was trained under Sun Wukong to fight Erlang)
@@JLacay kinda unfair because he has bigger role in the original novel. Not only is he the only one who can match up to Wukong’s abilities, he’s also his new Sworn Brother. I don’t see why he had to be reduced to a background character especially after what happened in previous seasons
@@bluebelt1235 Couldn't agree with you more. I was upset to find that out when was looking through LEGO MK wiki. Erlang is such an interesting character in the mythos that I wish he had more of an important role in season 5 than being a background. Especially he's the nephew of the Jade Emperor.

He is actually in Monkie Kid. He's however a background character and not as important as Nezha.
