Sridevi was his big inspiration. If you notice Sridevi and her movies, you can see she had an amazing sense of design and color choices, I read few decades back that she would even ask director what background would be of the scenes, so that she could color coordinate her clothes accordingly. Sridevi was, is and will ever be the most talented, beautiful actor and human till eternity

OMG. A lesson in being so diplomatic . he is literally driving and changing the discussion's direction. Even though Twinkle is trying hard to bring him back - he is really smart in trying to control how the interview goes. i do wish he was more vulnerable, open than this.

Maneesh is a thorough gentleman. What a graceful man he is. Even Twinkle shared that cringe worthy “ lollipop “ joke which absolutely embarrassed Maneesh, he wasn’t comfortable to share that joke on screen, hence he changed the topic instantly.
Yes it wasn't needed. I like twinkle immensely but this was crass.

shes downright downmarket and yes she has a sense of humour but some of those blatantly border on crass and inappropriate, she proves that time and again, yes Maneesh as always was very professional and gentlemanly.

Icons next part should have ranveena tandon and twinkle khanna. I was so confused between their names in childhood. It would be an interesting one. And I'm sure the most hilarious episode to look for.

These two and Sonali Bandra.. their similar long faces and certain common & desired facial features in bollywood then, had me confused for a very long time, the confusion would clear up then I would mix up RT & twinkle again.. it was neverending quest for my mind

Being outspoken & audacious vs being graceful & respectful while still being the former two is a balancing act which she clearly lacks & is sitting on a high horse of all the praises she gets & feels encouraged to push the envelope without looking inwards or stepping back.
Tongue is faster & unfiltered.
I am surprised he did not talk about how he branched his business to fabric care and his cosmetic line. A lot of his cosmetics are on my wish list. I got to have that Manish Malhotra pouch, which is always sold out.

Did she just out him with the lollipop comment? I love her, but I feel she can be a bit insensitive whenever she interacts with folks who may be out to her (read KJo too) but not to the world. I know it’s all in jest, but I can sense discomfort.

Yes, she crosses the line many times, there is a thin line between good interviewing and cheap interviewing and then masking it as fun or humor. Cheap isn't fun. Her attempt is too deliberate for attention. The few inches extra line in KJOshow too was lame for national tv. Yes he may have few inches extra , but remember he had few girlfriends for a long run before who knew the 🍭.
Yes she tried to out him and I really thought that was below the belt. Twinkle, sense of humour and sarcasm are fine, but empathy is finer and kindness finest.

But she is still wearing a red green badge Gucci top , by saying she is not wearing any brand logo

I found her rude and really sarcastic.. i think we don't insult our guests and make them feel embarrassed. He is truly deserving and thus he is in the industry past so many years..she at times forgets that she has invited them.

Call the real Icons .....I think this show has been made for calling friends from the film industry. I have seen one of the show wherein Sudha Murthyji had come. That was the only time where show has been justified since then it remains the same Bollywood show... India has many Icons which are lost somewhere, call them ...Bring something relatable stuff by calling those people

He’s not uncomfortable in English, he’s very fluent. He speaks in Hindi on talk shows and interviews so he can maintain the image that he connects with people with limited English who are his main fan base.

Can anyone answer my question? Most of bollywood celebrities were not interested in books in school yet they speak good english ,how?
India has one of the best schools plus these star kids go to boarding schools which r very expensive and have the best education system thatswhy even if they dont have any college graduate but still speaks good english .Examples r Kajol, Karishma Kapoor , Twinkel Khanna and so on .
A lot of these people love to read books, which is very different from studying in schools... 2 very different things... Reading improves vocabulary...
