Ingredients:
1 teaspoon coffee + hot water.
70 g (2.46 oz) Savoiardi cookies.
Juice of 5 oranges.
This results in 400 ml of orange juice.
2 egg yolks.
1 teaspoon vanilla sugar.
30 g (1 oz) sugar.
30 g (1 oz) cornstarch.
20 g (0.7 oz) butter.
Juice of 1 lemon.
This results in 30 ml lemon juice.
70 g (2.46 oz) condensed milk.
70 g (2.46 oz) ricotta cheese.
Decorate with cinnamon, cocoa or chocolate.
