Yeah he can control the explosion. And any titan shifter can decide how much they want to transform. Like how eren only transformed into his head body and the arm to protect mikasa and armin
When the explosion was first introduced, it seemed like he could only do it if his titan fell far enough to hit the ground with alotta force, but then it seemed like they made it so he could explode whenever

Awesome video! I had to watch on x0.25 during Eren's transformation, those muscle stands wrapping around him was a great touch! How did you do that in SFM?
Thanks man. It was pretty hard to pull off, but basically I had a friend of mine create a model that was basically a red noodle. I then rendered 3 separate clips of Erens transformation: The Skelton with the noodles, the fleshy coloring on the scout, and then the titan scout (Which I had to use a porn model for lmao). I then threw them into Vegas and had them fade into each other!
