Already did it many times already, my first attemp in doing a epic dif with challenges is quite hard. A bit more information about me, my first time playing EBF5, immediately went to epic dif with challenges, so meaning is that my first encounter with god is literally hard and also easy, since all i need to do is just use high defensive armor, use revive skill on everyone. Also try not to use ailments on his first half of his hp, cuz he has a 2nd phase where he attacks more.

EDIT 2 - Oh wait, I can burn up Curse stacks by doing light damage, which synergizes with Blessed Arrow's 5-stack. Just caught God. Thanks for the video.

Actually,this is the easiest enemie to catch,I think it meant to let you catch him since you can a bounch of good effect,you just need to catch him when he cry and done

@@lunas442 I realized that, so I used Lance with ninja gear as a tank, keep defending (target + invisible) and got him down to 60% health, he escaped twice and juste killed me, but looks better so I'll try again later, thanks for the reply!
@@KurtSimmonsRockstar if you note in the video, I keep the stacks of those very specifically under 6. He can still at random do a cleanse, in which case if it's the one where he buffs attack you can use a flybot on him to not die, and if he buffs defence use giga drill to do a bunch of damage.
@@HoboCombat Yeah, v2's a thing. On my Epic playthrough, I tried to get as many debuffs as possible, Good Luck on the capturer, and God at the point of his third Spirit Bomb (500 thousand HP on my playthrough, level 34) and it succeeds with 3 shakes.
I captured God on my 1st attempt on normal mode and I was very lucky with it It took me 40 min and when god was on 90K health, he tried to destroy Natalie but Natalie survived and used auto attack, I was so sad because I really wanted to capture and it was so annoying to lower health, He had 5k health remaining, I used good luck on Natalie and equipped with fur suit (improves catching) used bad luck and evade drop on god and boom 1 jump and caught

Well, you see, it's kinda convoluted. Big spoilers ahead. In EBF5 we learn that each and every game (so EBF1 to 5) was actually just a simulation ran by an entity called "The Devourer", who's goal was to create a universe of automatons where every being is predictable and has a place in said universe. Basically, a universe full of NPCs. We know this because he says, and I quote "This is the fifth time I run this simulation", and this is the fifth game in the series. However, the player (you) is referred to as an entity from another dimension completely who takes on the control of the main cast just to fuck around. A divinity playing a game to pass time essentially. Naturally, The Devourer is really fucking mad about that because your unpredictability keeps screwing up his simulations, and every time you do, he makes a new one (aka, a new EBF game), only for you to eventually come back and fuck everything up again. He put different deities in the simulations to stop you. That includes Akron, Godcat (although Akron in EBF3 is technically a creation of Godcat who only appeared in EBF4 so your guess is as good as mine) and every other final boss of other games who were put there to stop you specifically. They all failed so in EBF5, knowing that you'll come back AGAIN, he's so fed up with it that he comes to confront the party (and thus, you) directly. By doing this, there was no need for Godcat or Akron to actually exist, so they're just folklore in EBF5. He knows you can mess with the very laws of the simulations by saving and reloading to try again, so his goal was to personally kick your ass as many times as it took for you to finally get bored and leave him and his precious simulations alone. He even went as far as straight up deleting the earth in hopes that it would delete the party as well (basically like deleting windows' sys32), but your power as the player is so strong that it managed to keep the party from vanishing from existence just long enough to ultimately beat The Devourer, making EBF5's world "version" permanent. The existence of "God" in EBF5 however, is a mystery. He takes on the appearance of a cat because that's what the party imagines what God would look like, it's not his actual form. But it would make sense to assume that it is also a creation of The Devourer, as the EBF universe itself is. Or it's actually GOD, as in, biblical god, making a guest appearance. Maybe it's another interdimensional being like us who's curious about this simulated universe, or maybe he really is omnipresent and thus exists in the simulations as well. Who knows? We sure as shit don't. That was fun.

The first time I saw that in action, my response was to ask "Would you like some heartburn, God?" and summon a flybot.
He buff his defense every bacon eat, and everytime he do that you can enchant and stagger him, then use drill for big damage
btw was this on epic i seem to recall when I played god cat he destroyed everyone on my team with one hit and he had like 13 million hp

If you put 6 or more stacks of weaken, tired, or curse, he will eat bacon and cleanse himself.
