Joe Campanelli, a highly respected veteran in the banking industry, has long understood the need for tailoring financial services to unique industries. In 2020, Joe led Needham’s acquisition of the Century Bank cannabis division, which has become a leading financial institution within the cannabis industry through his leadership. Needham has closed on a number of direct cannabis transactions throughout 2023, ranging in debt size from $6 million to $60 million. They are actively and continually managing a robust pipeline in the space. Joe and his expert team will also lead Needham Bank’s IPO this fall.
Jason Wild achieved early success in the cannabis industry by leveraging his background as a pharmacist to find undervalued specialty pharmaceutical companies and focus on long-term price appreciation. Under Jason’s leadership, TerrAscend is one of the leading MSOs operating in five states with over $250 million in revenue. Jason also recently led TerrAscend’s successful listing on the TSX stock exchange.
