Their pronunciation!!! As an American, I've always loved how every word is so clear and crisp in the west end production!

I’m from England and I’m not sure if it’s all but most singing teachers really focus on us pronouncing every single letter (particularly t and k) so that it sounds so clear and crisp!

Where are the other Emerald Citizens and why do they not come down the left side of the proscenium via the staircase? Also, the green caped guy is supposed to ride the penny farthing. Why change that? To save costumes? And why do the Emerald Citizens enter from Up Right and Up Left instead of together in one group Up Right?

The West End production uses a different costume shop than Broadway, and he may have been a swing. Swings usually get their own costume that is sometimes different from the principle ensemble’s costume. As for the trap door, there just wasn’t enough space to do it in London

@@wizardofoz93 He still exits up the staircase. It’s Glindas exit from I’m Not That Girl (Reprise) they also had to change, she just walks into the wings.
