I’ve learned so much from your videos. Please pray as I have started a small lawn business, right now running with my personal John Deere D130 and a Ryobi 4 cycle trimmer. I got a Husqvarna Backpack Blower for Christmas. I looked at a small zero turn today, but it’s just out of my budget. Pray I can grow enough to get the proper equipment. I currently have two customers I service biweekly. And I’m quoting a third this week.

Youcan mow a lot of yards with a 30 inch walk behind. Try getting that to start. You pay for being able to stand or sit on the machine. If you want your budget it tight look into that first get more customers and upgrade to a stander.

Hey Shawn I got my trimmer running now I used it today My yard looks great TQ I do everything you do.
Great job guys. I had a slow leak in one of my drive tires last year come to find out I had somehow pinched the sidewall of the tire. Thought I was gonna have to buy another tire but one of my local garages was able to patch it and it hasn’t went down since so feel like I got off pretty lucky on that one. Lol. you should run some no flat caster wheels. expensive but saves us time from having to deal with what you deal with
I'm surprised that his machines didn't come with those. All of my stand on mowers have them, including both Toros. The only machine I have that doesn't is the Kubota zd331

Y’all do great work and I’m not trying to hate in anyway I run the same mower at work and it’s my favorite out off all of them I use but y’all ain’t using the whole deck on the toro 60, don’t get me wrong that mower might be the hardest to use the whole deck because it is so much wider that your tire tracked but you can cut edge to edge or that unit and it looks gorgeous.

Spencer, I have a question for you and everybody else.
Moving yard items like picnic tables, chairs and so on, do you charge more to move items and inform the customer of this charge?
I don't mind moving items every now and then, but at what time do you start charging for doing this?
Yard service is hard on the body and that's part of the job, but all this moving items around and back seems like should be a upcharge?
I had one lady yell at me as I didn't put everything back exactly where it was one time.

Quality of the cut on the Toro isn't good in my opinion. To me some of the jobs I see on your videos when you are finished look like they haven't been cut. I would be dropping your deck height down quite a bit. I cut between 13mm-100mm max height
