I'm not gonna lie the suits in tron look pretty comfortable
they look snug
Funnily enough they were extremely uncomfortable, because the lighting was done by LED Strips connected to a battery on the back where the discs are iirc. It restricted movement a lot as the technology for lighting back then was less developed. Plus the leds would run hot when they were on? Cant remember specifics.
And real
they were notoriously uncomfortable

The batteries used to power the suits also only lasted for 15 minutes so overall the suits were very inconvenient but super cool
Im sure now it’d be pretty easy to power them
They didn’t have LED’s and batteries effectively back then, crazy how far tech had come since the late 2000’s
I make the units that light up. I can add them to just about any piece of clothing or furniture, but they cannot be machine washed. Dry clean only. Average battery life of about 8 hours, and my jacket has 500+ LED. All neopixel, all sound and data reactive.
In the future, we won’t need batteries to power anything.

Nicely slowed. Very immersive track. I’m convinced Daft Punk made this soundtrack elsewhere in the universe. A place wildly advanced in cybernetics for real.
The Daft Punk guys are the original creators of The Grid, The Matrix, and Digimon; they only traveled back in time to create the soundtracks needed for their creations...

The story/writing can be a bit thin at times.
But the visuals and auditory experience? The art direction?
What an absolute treat for the senses.
If this film could smell of sizzling neon-lamps, new circuit boards, hot-silicon kissed air and fresh flux/solder, I would never leave the theatre.
Every day, I strive to find a 'grid' of my own.

This is my favorite movie. Those who appreciated this film can consider that they are already in the future) Flynn lives!
