I have a two story, 4 Br, 3 full bath, she shed with electric in back yard, bigger yard, tiled courtyard area, 2 car garage, $240K. I'm going to ask for 3M if i ever sell. Lived in SF years ago. Enjoyed the experience but prices are nuts now.
