I started listening to Daoist chant recently so I don't know much about it but it gets me feeling like I'm ascending to heavens.There is also a sublime sensation of self content and pure satisfaction of existence in this.

I am Hindu but I follow 4 religion I know it's weird but I love it Hinduism Buddhism Taoism and shintoism I don't know why I feel connected with Japan and China I feel like someone is waiting for me and I past life in these east Asian countries
Bro, me too. I'm Chinese, Buddhist but I really addicted to Hindu and Taoist God. I there must be some connection in those religion. The way they pray, you know, are similar.
Usually people in SouthEast Asia like me will pray to Buddha, Hindu God and Taoist God and some mother nature deities.

I'm a atheist at first, but one day buddha come into my dream and show me some thing, then I believe in Buddhist, Hindu and Taoist. What I know is, they are same, the place you go after life, the karma，reincarnation etc. And I belive that Jesus is also exist, but not in my channel. Religion is like channel, if your wire (mind ) can connect with it, My channel is buddha. 😉
