I love Argentina's big-sister energy when she introduces Bianca in the beginning-it's plain to see she's always been the one in charge! Many more years of sisterhood to them!
I let out the biggest sigh when the plated tortelloni appeared…so beautiful! The pasta matches these two lovely sisters…so beautiful! They are amazing to be so spry (and funny) at 92 and 94. Blessings! TFS, Sharon 🤗♥️🍝
I love these sisters! The nutmeg is not something I would have thought of and with the spinach ricotta it must make for a delight! The ladies dialed it up which the pancetta and the traditional balsamic vinegar. So much to love in this video. I sure know that look from the dog. Fortunately for my two I tend to drop things. Beautiful! Thank you for another glorious episode!
I am not wealthy but I can cook. What I'd give to try some of that 25 year old balsamic at the end. I imagine someday I could meet warm grannies like these and their skillful recipes. I miss my late grandma.
Absolutely wonderful as usual, oh the Balsamic! I feel a trip coming on! what a delicious meal and what incredible energy just wow! thank you as always. Ramon x
I as an Italian, have to say, one must keep in mind that what is used in this video is really the original, authentic “Aceto Balsamico”. The one that for a small, very small bottle, you pay a lot of money for ! It is basically a syrup, it is a kind of cream. Perhaps calling it "Aceto” (vinegar) would not be very appropriate. Sometimes they also use to put a few drops on a piece of Parmigiano Reggiano or on top of a dessert or as we see in this case, on a special plate. Let's say that the really, the original, the authentic, it's something really very very special, something that just a few drops are enough !
I have been fortunate enough to try 100 year old authentic Aceto Balsamico and it takes your senses to Heaven! I use a much younger one (15 years) in many of my cooking dishes, including Tater Tot casserole, along with the Worcestershire sauce. It adds the most wonderful and unidentifiable flavor.
Make sure you get a VERY good one. In the video they used a 25 year old aceto balsamico, that is pretty much liquid gold and goes for 129,- Euros (= 140 USD) per 100 ml bottle here in Germany. It's probably cheaper directly in the region and they had the balsamic vinegar boss there providing it for free I assume, but even in Italy that's an absolute treat.
@@verybighomer Obviously, Aceto Balsamico bought at the place of production you pay much less than you pay especially abroad, but in general in stores. The same goes for Parmigiano Reggiano, for example. If I buy a piece of Parmigiano Reggiano in the air of production somewhere in Emilia-Romagna (as has happened to me many times, coming back from Italy after vacation, here in Germany, where I also live) it costs much less than I pay for it, for example, in a supermarket here in Germany or from someone in New York. However, true, authentic Aceto Balsamico (then of course it also depends on the years of maturation) is truly considered as liquid gold !
I interviewed a producer of aceto balsamico tradizionale a few years ago, and he said tasting these vinegars is an act of meditation. best wishes, Vicky
hi Lisa, I always taste the end result, though sometimes I think it makes more sense for one of the protagonists to be on film. I think if you have a bottle of the real thing - traditional balsamic vinegar - which is savoury, syrupy and tangy, then this dish is a good way of using it as it rounds out the umami of the pancetta and the gently spicy creamy chlorophyll of the filling. Don't feel tempted to add your everyday balsamic vinegar which is made in an entirely different way with caramel and sugar added. These tortelloni are also delicious served just with the fried pancetta! best wishes, Vicky
Maybe I can be a soul food grannie one day! But then I’d have to have kids and those kids would have to have kids and we’d have to keep ourselves together 😬
Those women are beautiful, what an amazing skill. Why was the son wearing the big necklace thing and why was he carrying the pasta out to a cheering crowd? I hope they were cheering the chefs.

How can these beautiful women be that old? They look to be about seventy! Wow! Those tortelloni look amazing!
94 and 92! And what a great dog.
Thank you for yet another wonderful and uplifting video! It's my Friday treat!
Argentina has a lovely soothing voice!
I am always amazed at how skilled these old ladies are at their craft.❤👍😋

hi Scott, nutmeg and spinach are good friends and the ricotta is along for the ride! best wishes, Vicky
That's how me and my little sister and I are in the kitchen. Even though my sister is a literal chef, she's my sous chef in the kitchen.
These 2 Nonnas are so sweet and beautiful. Everyone should have grandmothers like them. Fortunately, I did.
Argentina is my grandmother!❤
I am not wealthy but I can cook.

How delicious with the balsamico added to the pasta… 😋
They've been making pasta for more than 80 years!
Merci mesdames d'avoir partagé votre savoir 💖💖
Veri tesori! 💚
Beautiful and delicious, I’m sure! I didn’t know that about the balsamic process either. That’s so cool!
Wow❤ Looks delicious! From Japan 🇯🇵
Absolutely wonderful as usual, oh the Balsamic! I feel a trip coming on! what a delicious meal and what incredible energy just wow! thank you as always. Ramon x
hi Ramon, a trip to Modena is always worth it! best wishes, Vicky
Never thought about balsamic vinegar on pasta before but I’m sure it’s delicious! Definitely going to try this 😋

Love this video of the 2 sisters. Wish I was there to try the pasta with an unusual sauce. Love the slicer on the counter too. I have one like it!
Loved this🎉
Spilamberto,my town ❤
OH EM GEE THIS looks SO good!!!
Funny how Maurizio at the end says: "si mangiano anche senza denti" (you could eat them without teeth.... ) :-)
Beautiful family, wonderful recipe 😊
Wow pasta and balsamic that looked so good 😊 I love watching ❤️ the Grannie Sisters 🙏🙏🙏👏👏👏👏
This is an affordable pasta ripiena recipe, I’ll try them.
This is Italy!
I’m making tortelloni with ricotta and spinach on Monday…there’s just been a change in the dressing I’m doing with it.
I hope you enjoy it Mark! best wishes, Vicky
Nonostante che sono un vegeteriano, questo sembra delicioso! Brave nonne!
Amazing!
La voce di Argentina è bellissima.
Nice meal
Oh my goodness I hope you got to taste that!! It looks like the perfect food to me. Please let us know what it tastes like?

Brazil 🇧🇷 is on 🇧🇷
Awesome ❤❤❤
Bitter greens with bacon and vinegar reminds me of Southern greens with pork and vinegar.
Culinary cousins! best wishes Vicky
Meravigliose le signore e meravigliosi i tortelloni 😋😋😋😋

Yum is all I can say ❤

Yumbo city limits!

У меня вопрос , тоже хочу делать макароны , мука 00 , из твердях сортов пшеницы или из мягких ? Какая конкретно мука должна быть ?
Мой любимый и лучший канал !
There is something I am missing, how, how in the world this channel keeps staying just under 1 million subscribers? 😑
I can just substitute the 25 year aged Balsamico Tradizionale with the $4 bottle I get from Aldi right?
Those women are beautiful, what an amazing skill.
Why was the son wearing the big necklace thing and why was he carrying the pasta out to a cheering crowd? I hope they were cheering the chefs.
Argentina has silver hair, but Bianca has many years left to go white!
Nutmeg is the special ingredient.
These ladies, and the millions more like them worldwide, need to replace robots to prepare food worldwide.
🌷🌷🙏🙏
- You can even eat them without teeth 😅
My God that vinegar
❤️💚❤️💚❤️🇦🇺
But pasta not healthy? I can't eat gluten 😒
