Lovely clear, simple instructions for this very grey headed lady😂😂. I’m making it for Sunday lunch. We have a few people coming over, so I’ll make sure to share your site with them too. Thank you so much ❤❤ …… and I have just subscribed.
@@AnitaCooks we enjoyed it last night, it was sooo good. I threw some Persian zaresh over it because I didn’t have a pomegranate, and a few pistachios too. Thank you again, it’s so much easier than my family’s recipe which originated from back in my grandma’s days. Now I can have biryanis whenever I want and not just on celebrations. 🙏🌹❤️⭐️
I recently came across this tinned food called Indian style tomatoes, which I can't get in Malaysia. I'd like to be able to make it. Can you show us how?
@AnitaCooks hello, yes that's right. I saw an online recipe too. But it had so many ingredients. Wondering if there's an easier way to do it and still get the same taste.
Sorry, I haven’t tasted the canned tomatoes and can’t recreate it. Most Indian curries start with onion, ginger, garlic, spices and tomatoes. Please watch my curry recipes for ideas. You can substitute tinned plain tomatoes for fresh ones.
Yes, you can. I would thaw it in the fridge overnight so it’s easier to heat up. If you freeze individual portions, it’s easier to heat straight from frozen 😀
This looks delicious😋... Biryani is one of my favorite dishes...
Enjoy 😉
Very clear to follow thank you ! One question please: the temperature of the heat at the start to cook the meat is it high, medium or low ?
Hi, use medium to medium high. You don’t want the meat to steam on low heat. If the meat is burning, turn heat down to medium. Enjoy 😉
It came out good. Thank you.
Great to hear!
Looks delicious Anita! 😋👍🏼👊🏼
Thank you 😋

Hi, I haven’t seen it sold in the U.S. After searching online, I see it has curry leaves and spices - is that right?

Uh-oh...I'm in trouble now! 😂 First video and I'm contemplating how long it would take me to recover from this cheat on my keto way of eating... 😆😆😆
Lol same haha I had a cheat meal on Sunday and ate several bowls of lamb biryani.
onions were burnt!
No they weren't that's how they are supposed to be. Clearly know nothing about cooking.
Just cook them until they’re crispy, not burned. Keep practicing and have patience and you’ll soon catch on😂
Don’t burn yours 😂😂
@@Najlou10 no excuses to burn the onions, just focus on the job ! 😁😁
