Man I remember back in div 1 before 5-6 piece sets were introduced I ran a 4 piece technicians and a 3 piece nomads because I had a ninja bag. The amount of times I farmed the Rikers final mission using that just to get materials to craft better equipment was definitely a time.
I wanna see how this will affect pvp now that we won't need 3 piece yhall for pulse resistance. So I'm thinking 2 yhall, picaro holster, 1 fenris and maybe 1 providence for the headshot and crit damage. Run it with an EB and shotgun with a kar pistol with sledgehammer. With that you'll have 3 skill tiers so that defender will be strong when you're moving away from a push. A booster will be even more powerful. With survivalist it'll be a great support build with perfect efficient or with unbreakable
For Rogues, switch to your crusader shield and Scorpio and rush one of them quickly before they have a chance to start using their skills. The moment they drop to their knees from being shocked, reload and keep shooting. Easy killing 😎
Personally for me ninjabike is a major breath of fresh air, ive been running it with 2 strikers pieces for the fire rate and handling and 3 pieces of true patriot including the chest piece and man is it a fun build. Def not meta but fun
Actually, this is one of the most powerful builds that I have. Combined with the technician specialty for the pulse and the King Breaker, (Everything maxed-out) I'm walking around 206 Critical Hit Damage and about 56 Critical Hit Chance. I take-out the changas in two magazine fills.

Wep is famas with flatline. Tech lazor Drone healer + anything Maybe instead of picaros a idk name prov (head+cc) but surv will suffer.
So - you had 3 pieces Negotiators Dilemma (ND), 1 piece Uzina and one piece Overlord piece and with the Ninjabike backpack, you have a +1 on all pieces equipped, giving you: 1. 4 gear piece ND (3+1) bonus 2. 2 piece Uzina (1+1) bonus 3. 2 piece Overlord (1+1) bonus This is insanely superb!!I mean if I put 1 piece of 5 different gear pieces, I'll get +1 gear bonus on ALL of them thanks to the Ninjabike backpack?? This will avoid us having to complete gear sets as long as our gear sets are NOT dependent on other Exotic pieces.
I see a great use in Brand gear based Skill builds or DPS builds CRIT DPS builds that use Groupo Sombra, Ceska, Provident all at the same time... The only thing is that we'll lose out on the backpack talent but if we just want to design shooter builds then this is superb... Continuous gunner builds or Fire & Forget Skill builds like the Turret + Striker Drone build...
I wouldn't use negotiator without the backpack and being below 60% crit chance solo, especially not with blue cores. (like he is using). The backpack talents you ignore here (vigilance, wicked, concussion et.c.) provides vastly more damage than any secondary brand bonus you can find. Your best bet is 2 piece providence and atleast 1 (maybe 2) piece walker and harris. Ceska & Groupo are dead secondary talents that give 0 extra damage. your 6th slot is still going to be fox's no matter what, the drop in pure damage getting rid of those can't be compensated for. As for turret and drone? Ninja bike does less damage than combined arms, even if you add 2 piece hana-u into the mix, the backpack talent makes too much difference to dump. And heaven forbid you use the memento on your turret/trone build, you're loosing 30% skill efficiency. You can't get that back since the same build uses 3 piece empress, you just can't. Why would you do up to 50% less damage over all just to fart in say 10% haz prot or 10% weapon handling. I could see the use for providence yes, but the TRADE OFF is too great, just roll more crit on your gear and get to 60 (or 50 with cyote). Look, the only few set backpacks you might want to get rid of is pieces that for starters doesn't have a super strong talent. Those would be; Future initiative, Heartbreaker, Hunters Fury, Ongoing directive and Umbra. Since you're not using their backpacks (noone uses umbra seriously, let's not kid ourselves here). The last 4 uses (probably) memento for standard solo, for group (or if not using memento) you'd use one of; vigilance, adrenaline rush, opportunistic, concussion, unstoppable force. Now you have Future initiative left... okay, so healer build, you'd use this on a healer build? yes we found an use for ninja bike.... However..... BTSU gloves. oh yeah, only 1 exotic at the time, overcharge, for your group and raid.... making 1 shotting bosses super easy.... and also overcharge to get your heal hive back faster, and also overcharge to give the dps their revive hives back. Ninja bike backpack is not good. period. It's a dangling shiny thing they are distracting us with. Poor network performance, downsizing their server capacity & the PC crashes unfixed for 2½ years.
Completely off topic but I love the new Hotshot outfit :) i couldnt find a good outfit for the Stinger Hunter Mask, hotshot fits perfectly with it. I’m hoping to get my hands on the new exotic and test the new gear set for Marksman Rifles.
I feel I still won’t give up momentum, backpack as my primary, but the ninja bike backpack will be my go to and something to play with besides using momentum all the time
finally switched to pc and gonna grind to get this setup, looks amazing. Feels lowkey good to just sit back and run the story again just sucks getting everything unlocked
Hi skillz so I had one gear set that the back pack help out. it was the weapon handling witch is amazing with the hot shot build. One peace of hot shot one peace of striker and one peace of the brand name glove damage out of cover and one peace of weapon damage. Love it.. thanks for all your video's...
Just used the ninja bike backpack in DZ, and its insane with different builds.by the way, the new MMR Exotic is broken, because you can't scope on it using its talent.
Everything sounds good but if you wanna run a gun with flatline do Kingbreaker. It has perfect flatline with 20% damage to pulsed enemies instead of 15%, I have mine maxed out on AR damage, health dmg, and dmg to armor 1:29
What about a Lady Death Hunter Fury build for run and gun with armor on kill? I suppose more of a "how to play" guide would be nice. Getting into run and gun now, previously mostly just a skill build and Eclipse/On Going Directive player.

As for the Hot shot/aces combo, yeah come back when you compared the numbers with and without vigilance. you will say "I didn't know it had so much impact" and we'll say, yeah heard that one before, well now you know why everyone uses certain talents.
Dude make this: Technician, capacitor, picaro's hoster, ninja bike backpack, fenris, Walker, contractor's glove and 1 dilemma part. All possible attributes with chc and chd. In pvp prefer parts with armor. Dude... 25% damage to armor and high chance and critical damage is insane! In addition to the skill tier you gain with these equipment!!

As someone with a current SHD level in the mid 400’s, I’m a relatively new player. I came to D2 later than my friends who are all between 1000-1500. We usually play on their heroic maps with 3-4 directives so I’m usually the one that’s bringing a knife to a gun fight! 🥴🫠😆 I got really lucky (or the game felt sorry for me) because the Momento was like the 2nd or 3rd exotic I picked up and I never changed backpacks again! In fact, it became a joke with my friends that I was like Linus with his blanket. Nobody was prying it from my hands! 😂 Then I got the Ninja… Before I got the Njnja, I had a skill build and an armor build. Now I’m thinking about getting a second character to use as a mule because of all of the gear I’m stashing for possible future builds. 😏Honestly, I don’t know why anybody would use any other backpack. When I make a build, I may change the mod on it as per what I’m looking for, but that’s it. I feel the same way about the St Elmo’s. As an AR person, omgosh do I love that thing. lol I hate when I hear “Rouge Agent” because I have a rouge build based around the Scorpio so I have to sacrifice using my St E. boo. ☹️😏

You can change what server you want to play have to check where change it think if you go to social where change if whether party is private open underneath somewhere or before login under character if remember correctly
Sup, For me the major thing from moving off Momento is losing out on that Skill efficiency and all for 300 seconds (5minutes)... I'll have to add it into the hybrid build....👍

The ninja back is for...... collecting dust with imperial dynasty and ninja kneepads.
@@augingma5518 I'm using Technician for the weapons pulse. All my armor pieces are with weapon damage and critical hit and/or critical hit chance. Makes you a little vulnerable, but you will be able to dispatch enemies very fast. For weapons I use Vector with the talent Flatline (make sure you use the Technician laser pointer mod). Because of Striker, the Vector has a fire rate of 1380. The Scorpio has a fire rate of 150. Also don't forget the extra damage you deal because of Hunter's Fury. Remember this is an up close damage build, won't do you much good firing from a distance.
Is Rife damage vs Assault Rife damage different? just asking because Carbine7 looks like it is an assault rife in the video and fox prayer says rife damage. I might be missing something?

Like him here in the video, by using ninja bike his damage drops by 40% to marked targets. targets that will get pissed off and send you grenades and drones because you don't kill them fast enough and the damage you do to them doesn't stagger them, it just makes them very.... very.... very mad at you.

Not gonna lie. One of my best builds is a sniper build. Straight one tapping enemies with head shots. I’m thinking I can make it even better with the ninja bike and the new gear set.
Im one of those with a insane one tap headshot sniper builds. I Pretty much clear a room once I get my headshots going, clear faster than my teammates. I can even one shot named mobs with a headshot on the nemesis gun. Snipers in this game now are the true assassins once build right.

Even the ones under the set talent, gives you the armor on kill Even before ninjabike i was using four piece negotiate and two piece system corruption with gunner Spray the crowd then concentrate on one enemy You can get 100 percent armor on kills if critical hits are fast and hard Backfire If you in a group people steal your kills
you've got at the bare minimum 3½ months to do it, 30 levels per month, 7 levels per week. season 10 lasted for 6 months. 15 levels per month, 3 levels per week. A convoy gives you roughly .9 levels per, so every 10 or so you won't level up because of math. Are you telling me that you are too lazy to go slap 90 convoys in 3-6 months?
Negotiators dilemma backpack talent: "Increases Hostile Negotiations damage to additional marked enemies from 60% to 100%." By not using the backpack you loose 40% damage to secondary/tertiary targets. Straight up, no matter your gun, chest talent or your other gear. it's a 40% net loss on the targets you mark. You also have 46.6% crit chance on a gear set that requires you to start critting early to be able to mark the next target. Sorry but those two things makes this utter garbage. And as you said, even with all the blue cores you say "I didn't have the survivability I typically have with memento" ( 1:07 ), yeah so if you lose the 30% weapon damage AND 3% armor regen AND the 30% skill efficiency (this helps your shield & defender drone a lot by the way) why even bother with the ninja backpack? You said it yourself, even with your 10% armor on kill you have LESS survivability. But here's the kicker, you can ditch the blue cores and slap on a negotiator backpack and then it's up to you if you want to keep the meme spotter+flatline or go with perfect focus and just kill people before they get the chance to shoot back. A dead enemy does 0 damage. I'm sorry, I'm really annoyed right now, negotiator without the backpack is dumb and stupid if your goal is to actually kill stuff.

Memontos better. But ninja works well on heart and hunters. You can add anything you want to chest like providence with obliterate and picaro holster will give you good survival. Or fox gives you accuracy. Or use a smg + other stat part idk name. Lots of options.

@@UncleDaniel you loose out on all the insane backpack talents though (vigilance, concussion, combined arms, adrenaline rush et.c.), that would include 30% dmg + 30% skill efficiency + 3% armor regen from the memento.
The ninja back is for...... collecting dust with imperial dynasty and ninja kneepads.
NinjaBike + 3 pieces of Hunter's Fury + 2 pieces of Striker + Vector and Scorpio = in your face beatdowns.

@@augingma5518 I'm using Technician for the weapons pulse. All my armor pieces are with weapon damage and critical hit and/or critical hit chance. Makes you a little vulnerable, but you will be able to dispatch enemies very fast. For weapons I use Vector with the talent Flatline (make sure you use the Technician laser pointer mod). Because of Striker, the Vector has a fire rate of 1380. The Scorpio has a fire rate of 150. Also don't forget the extra damage you deal because of Hunter's Fury. Remember this is an up close damage build, won't do you much good firing from a distance.

Is Rife damage vs Assault Rife damage different? just asking because Carbine7 looks like it is an assault rife in the video and fox prayer says rife damage. I might be missing something?
Yes they are different from each other. He's using the fox prayer kneepads because of the damage to target out of cover

Like him here in the video, by using ninja bike his damage drops by 40% to marked targets. targets that will get pissed off and send you grenades and drones because you don't kill them fast enough and the damage you do to them doesn't stagger them, it just makes them very.... very.... very mad at you.

They don't even have to nerf it, people just have to compare their numbers to their old builds with actual honest to god good talents (or you know,ninja bikes beefed up brother memento).
for the most part I dont see the negotiator marks. any reason why? 'i shoot the body but still no marks
they only pop up during a crit so you want to make sure you have high crit chance build 50-60 my recommendation

The backpack from strikers cant be beat though. But at shd 1000 ppl have so much dmg anyways
@@UncleDaniel 35% amp damage, into legendary, add 4 player scaling. and if you drop the strikers bp you'll be the goofy one running back for ammo while killing nothing.

Not gonna lie. One of my best builds is a sniper build. Straight one tapping enemies with head shots. I’m thinking I can make it even better with the ninja bike and the new gear set.
Im one of those with a insane one tap headshot sniper builds. I Pretty much clear a room once I get my headshots going, clear faster than my teammates. I can even one shot named mobs with a headshot on the nemesis gun. Snipers in this game now are the true assassins once build right.

Yes...cool. But to get it you have to level up 90 times. I dont know if I cant stand the boredom to do this
you've got at the bare minimum 3½ months to do it, 30 levels per month, 7 levels per week.
season 10 lasted for 6 months. 15 levels per month, 3 levels per week.
A convoy gives you roughly .9 levels per, so every 10 or so you won't level up because of math.
Are you telling me that you are too lazy to go slap 90 convoys in 3-6 months?

Negotiators dilemma backpack talent:
"Increases Hostile Negotiations damage to additional marked enemies from 60% to 100%."
By not using the backpack you loose 40% damage to secondary/tertiary targets. Straight up, no matter your gun, chest talent or your other gear. it's a 40% net loss on the targets you mark.
You also have 46.6% crit chance on a gear set that requires you to start critting early to be able to mark the next target.
Sorry but those two things makes this utter garbage.
And as you said, even with all the blue cores you say "I didn't have the survivability I typically have with memento" ( 1:07 ), yeah so if you lose the 30% weapon damage AND 3% armor regen AND the 30% skill efficiency (this helps your shield & defender drone a lot by the way) why even bother with the ninja backpack?
You said it yourself, even with your 10% armor on kill you have LESS survivability. But here's the kicker, you can ditch the blue cores and slap on a negotiator backpack and then it's up to you if you want to keep the meme spotter+flatline or go with perfect focus and just kill people before they get the chance to shoot back.
A dead enemy does 0 damage.
I'm sorry, I'm really annoyed right now, negotiator without the backpack is dumb and stupid if your goal is to actually kill stuff.

Spamming convoys on heroic+ 3 directives you can get 50 shd in 4-5 hours. So all he needs is to farm 8-10hrs.
