  • This example Boucicaut workout is the Combat and Armoured Striking session example 1. In body armour, chainmail and helmet with training weapons, spear and variety of bodyweight movements and implements.
    Boucicaut uses the 7 principles, through a variation of methodologies, but hitting these 7 baselines for every session even if we mix them all together.

    BRUTE STRENGTH - POWERBUILDING: Raw power through lifting heavy things.
    FUNCTIONAL STRENGTH - STRONGMAN: Real-world strength, stones and carries.
    CONDITIONING - HIIT & CALLISTHENICS: Speed, power, endurance in armour.
    COMBAT - WRESTLING & STRIKING: Grappling and fighting skills.
    ENVIRONMENT - WILD SWIMMING: Strength in harsh waters.
    ENDURANCE - MARCHING: Weighted cardio mental toughness.
    RESCUING THE MAIDEN - WIFE CARRYING: Literally, a workout with the wife.
