Hello, are you doing this guide with omega strikers or a different game? Some textures from other games may look super flat since they use materials to achieve their looks like guilty gear strive. If it is a different game I couldn't help you but if its omega strikers it may be because you didnt add in the OS shader from the project file in the google drive. It could also be the filtering in blender which I have set to standard.
