jah same here.I could be wrong but in my opinion you cannot be a master of all.I'm a 'house basher' but I have encounered pretty much everything a house can throw at you.
I really enjoy the trouble shooting videos and how you go about figuring out the problem. I am a landlord and come across a lot of weird things and it helps me to learn a logical way of approaching a problem.
I think content that we would like to know is how are you dealing with the various other parties involved. I am talking about standard things. Paperwork. Contracting. Exclusions. Bidding.

Highlight all the important things in the code book.Chapters,articles,specific codes…saves time…I kept running out of time on my test…I wanted to get every answer correct and kept running out of time…I don’t like writing on my code book but highlighting saved me time.
I can do anything residential. I can do repairs on commercial, but I would not know how to bill a project like this. Interesting video. Thanks
