"Appreciate your help" is pretty mild in comparison to what our brigade feels for you guys. CFA pulled us out of the crap bigtime up here and there really aren't sufficient words. Did a tour of Healesville in '09 and will go back again anytime you need us. Love and respect.

Hey mate, good video. I worked locally on the fire around Kempsey as part of the Dondingalong Brigade and was out every day during this. Glad you guys came up. Even worked with you out at Dungay Creek, better know as Witittrin.

Thanks for posting mate hats off to you and all the volunteers. Really interesting to watch. What was the story with the goat someone’s pet that has got lose and taken off? Can I ask mate how does it feel breathing the smoke in all the time does it make you feel like shit or does your body just get used to it? Cheers
Hi Michael_Au, the goat was at a house we where tasked to Protect , the owners had gone into town, but where coming and going over the week, our task was to back burn an area near this house, we wear p2 masks if the smoke is bad, most of the time we have masks on but if the smoke is blowing away from us we can take it off. thanks for the nice comments. take care bud.
