Amazing Video, great playing and tones, this is how products for E Guitar Review/Video should be...how did you record the sounds?? how was the integration before the DAW ???
You are the best! You really explain things so clearly! Everyone on other channels talk to much about themself s, experience etc Instead of explaining things clearly! Thanks again 🙂
Those tones sound incredible. It appears that capture models are taking over the modeling world. After having used an HX Stomp nowfor about 6 years, I recently added a Tonex 1 to see how those captures would work and sound. I have been very pleased with some of the captures from Tone Junkie and Jason Sadites but not from the factory presets. The Nano Cortex price point is probably going to be highly competitive.
This thing is killing the QC😂 in Europe second hand market price for the QC is going very low. I sold mine too. Very happy with the NC and my Eventide pedals❤
Amazing Video, great playing and tones, this is how a Peoducts for E Guitar Review/Video should be...how did you record the sounds?? how was the integration before the DAW ???
People have to understand this is made for competing with amp sims in little boxes (iridium, TONEX, kemper player) not all in one devices, and for that price I think it has great features compared to the others. I think HX stomp is still the bang for the buck king
I completely agree. Some people are hyping this as a backup for the QC, and it isn’t. It does do a lot for its size, but it is definitely belong in the Kemper player category.
@@robertsimpson5801 size is mostly irrelevant and completely dictated by the size of our fingers and feet. In the same size you can have it do a complete signal chain as in the quad cortex. What is interesting is: they didn't.
The Kemper Player is most definitely an all in one device and it hasn't even had its first update. Problem is Kemper don't send out free units to dozens of TH-cam "influencers" to make videos...so most people don't really know the Players capabilities..
I have to smile, because months ago people were talking about whether Kemper was "insane" to bring a Kemper player onto the market without a screen, just controls and then operated via an app. Neural DSP has basically done nothing different, perhaps with a few things that are different.
I think this is an amazing idea free captures ,smaller ,BT with studio reverb delays and modulation! A really decent price point this is better than tonex and kemper player because of the capture plus you can capture your drives ! Wtf this is great plus IRS and as a preamp !! I love the uafx lion and the Friedman IRX but getting into modeling world this is what i really wanted and was waiting for
Hi there! I woundering about connecting!.. Stereo outputs for connecting to studio monitors, PA systems, or FRFR cabs??? What about mixer pult?? Is it possible?

Hi, dewberry3043. Yes, the cab/IR section of the pedal can be turned off so that it can be paired with a power amp and traditional guitar cab. Thanks for your interest! Charlie Davis, Sweetwater Sales Engineer, (800) 222-4700 ext. 1320, charlie_davis@sweetwater.com
Disappointing, feels like they could have had the touchscreen in there a la Hotone Ampero Mini. And really needs midi switcher to make the most of it as with all these smaller units
I’ll admit I’m not a fan of multi effects units like this. I prefer individual pedals. That said, even as such a unit I think it falls short for bass players as an all around solution. Too many missing essentials. Not knocking the quality of the sounds it can produce. Just not enough bass specific sounds or functions. Don’t want to be bothered with the capture stuff. But as an addition to a board it could be nice but a bit pricey for that given you can get all those sounds and more from a couple source audio pedals like the C4 and Gemini. Add the Aftershock and Collider if you need those sounds, maybe a compressor, and you’ve got it all on a small flyboard. The onboard amp sims are nice but I have preamp pedals that give me what I want there with DI outs and parallel and FX loop options as well that this pedal is lacking.
It's pretty much the same process as with the full size Quad Cortex, but the biggest difference is the Nano doesn't have phantom power, so you have to use a dynamic mic.
Great idea, using your mobile device to control it. Too bad Fractal and Kemper will probably never have that. They don’t want to invest in decent software.
@@nomakills fractal software is terrible. The interface looks like it was designed in the 1980s. There’s not even any pictures of amps or petals. It’s all just a list of text. No mic pics either.
@@5urg3xi don’t see what is terrible . Who need pics of the amps ? Everything is clear here with axe edit . I prefer a simple interface with good tones than a touch screen with synthetic tones 🫢
@@nomakills How are you supposed to know what the different amps are, based on the text descriptions alone? Wtf does “Archean” mean? What about “Euro Red” ? I can go on. And by your logic, no one “needs” broadband internet. dialup still works! It gets the job done, yeah, but it’s objectively crappier. And “synthetic tones” oh my god. They’re all synthetic tones. That’s the point.
@@5urg3x you read the wiki 🤷. They cannot use the real names 🤷. Don’t know I play since 30 years and got no trouble using the axe. Coming from boss Korg and all that stuff, fractal is easy. And no the axe is the only product that seriously compete with tube amps. There is no bees in the tone like kemper line 6 or them . I tried and owned quite them all before saying that .
Calling something with 1 effect of each type and a fixed signal chain a ´digital effects modeler´ is a bit rich. Yes, it´s technically true but it must be the most limited effects modeler ever. Oh, and you have to control it from an iOS or android device. In classic NDSP fashion, there is NO desktop editor!
Yeah, It is called regression. Reading the name of a patch is so yesterday. Now you got to remember colored lights. Screen? Nah. What you need is a memory course. One bonehead company does it, so they all do it. When someone with a brain puts a screen on one. Then they will all put screens on. It drives sales. The braindead will lap it up. Watch this space for a china company to fix the flaws and clean up with a modern interface and a screen.

I mean, OK, there could have been a power supply for that price but why is it a problem? This device is intended to go on a Pedal boad where everone has a multi power supply already.
It’s a toy. Basically useless for any real professional application. HX stomp, Kemper Player and a host of other products blow this thing out of the water.

that's nuts. sounds amazing.
It’s neat, and small, but I think the Line 6 M-13 does a lot of this.
