- The 2019 Kona Series is a self-funded passion project to give the fans an inside look into the lives of professional athletes. This series is leading into the Ironman World Championship in Kona, Hawaii. This year Talbot Cox Media has made the decision to have the people sponsor the series. Many things led to this decision starting with the fans, as they have believed and supported us from the start. No sponsor or company could provide the love and support we receive from you guys. That's why we have forgone any sponsorship opportunities to be creative and produce the content, that you would like to see. If you train to these videos, share them with others, or just watch for fun. When Jan is swimming he looks like a swimmer when Jan is cycling he looks like a cyclist when Jan is running... you get my point. Many look like Triathletes no mater what disipline. I believe Jan will only give up #1 sport ones he retires.

Awesome video!!! I watched this dozens of times during my indoor bike training sessions. My favorite part is Daniela Ryf, she looks so playful in this video unlike her "The Terminator" looks during races. Lol
Who is this guy in 37:23 & 38:59 ? His jokes are terrible!!! I always skip these segments, they don't fit in this video in my opinion.
