I so appreciate that while you had several colors of hangers available, you used all the same color. A small detail that really makes a closet look nice!
Great job! I went on a decluttering journey 5 years ago, and it's changed my house SO MUCH for the better! We go through our stuff every 6 months now to keep things manageable... I have a 12 and 14 year old. You will find it SO MUCH EASIER to keep up with your house living decluttered!
I found you today. Great job on the room. I laughed a bit when your teen chatted with other players without caring you was filming. Real teen mon life. 💛
@@trademarktm2222 same here.....mine is the worst because it gets the least attention! Clutterbug says to make our bedroom like an Oasis and to focus on that first....maybe someday🫣
@@homesteadingdreams8046 I watch Clutterbug as well....I'm just struggling right now. I've got to just START somehow.💗.I'll be here for your journey ✨️.
@@trademarktm2222 I'm sorry your struggling right now, I've been there myself. I just try to get through one thing at a time, the clutter didn't happen overnight, so I can't expect to fix it so quickly either. Good luck on your journey!
@@trademarktm2222 when I started it was overwhelming. But these tips helped a lot: *start with the area that bother you most. *Go for easy things like clutter and obvious donations. *plan first. When to declutter. Where? When and where can you take trash and donations? For how long will you declutter? * reward yourself. Either during or after. (Not shopping...😉). *have someone keep you accountable. I call a friend, and agree she do some task she dreads, and I would declutter. Then we text in the evening, telling it is done. It is so wonderful when you see the progress. And when only keeping up remains it is even better. It is so worth it. 🙂
Wow.. It's motivation. Super duoer amazing the transformation ang lots of donation piles... I find you videos and I got intrested for the decluterring.. It's a big change in a trash room to become a nice room. Keep up the good work.. Super mom..
Thank you😊 I'm happy it's motivating to you. I'm just now starting to actually feel the difference in our house and starting to see the benefits of having less! I've donated soooo much stuff!
Great job! I have 3 boys as well, still small ages 0, 2 and 5. But so much stuff!! I feel with 3 Kids the same gender I Just keep holding on to stuff, because I think one of the other boys might use it later, but it is becoming too much and too hard to maintain. So I will be decluttering Just like you!
That's exactly what I did, but there's an 8 yr difference between the oldest and middle so it was just too much! What I've realized now is it's easy to get used clothing for the kids cheaper, they grow out so fast anyways. Then there's less to manage at once...good luck!
Does the format of the books need a change? Does he like audio books or podcasts? My husband doesn't read books but he reads summaries of the information. Also is it the topic like are the books in line with his interests?
They were all books he used to like, but I suppose now that he's older he may have just outgrown them. I never thought about the kids listening to an audiobook instead of reading, that's a great idea! Thank you!
And it will never look this good again…lol. I was lucky, my son was very clean and organized. He made his bed ever day, picked up after himself, and washed his own clothes by 13.
Wow that's amazing! Sounds like a great kid! His room doesn't usually look like that, it was because we had to rip his closet apart, but he never makes his bed....lol

Thanks! I'm really trying hard to slowly make our home into a space we all feel good in, and I agree, small details make a huge difference!

Wow that's so amazing! I can't wait to get to that point...it's all too much right now! Great job!
The change in this room is amazing and I am sure he appreciates it...even if he is currently playing video games 😂 ahhh, life with teenage boys 😊
Right?! Yes he's enjoying it! Thanks 😊

Lol, he was driving me crazy!
This was so much work! But definitely worth it! I can't wait to do my room....finally!
That's what I need to tackle, my bedroom. It's the catch-all. I come home from work & neglect that part of my home. 😒

What a relief to get that room decluttered ... I’ll be interested to see all those nerf guns get moved out and to see how well they sell.
Great job but can I suggest different music? This stays on the same chord forever!
Absolutely! Thank you so much for the suggestion, I'm still trying to figure this all out. I truly appreciate it 😊
