Payne you are rockin it for this game my guy. Love the content, watch as much as I can. Someone else mentioned it in the comments, but I really enjoy that you're giving this weapon some love. To me, if they ever introduce a Provoke/Taunt materia, it makes this weapon SO valuable. It can turn Seph into either a tank or ideally a Brusier/Support DPS that buffs the tank with PDEF and opens their weapon slots up for other stuff. While the weap might not be super interesting right now, I think it shows the potential this game can have for very cool builds
Ty brotha! I noticed the devs introduce something for good reason whether for current or future content. They have been very good for providing use for weapons that seem mediocre but provide utility or stats to help people beat content
Great vid! I just want to point out at 9:40 you were wrong about Aerith being one-shot despite having high PDEF buff. She only had MID PDEF at that point, reason being Seph used Hell's Gate at 8:42, it applied a PDEF debuff on everyone. So when you had Aerith cast Saving Grace it didn't actually apply the low PDEF buff, it just cancelled out the PDEF debuff. And then young Seph applied the mid PDEF buff. So if Aerith could've used Saving Grace one more time, she would've actually had high PDEF buff and thus survived that attack.
I'm so dumb.. we have a whole free weapon that gives Phy Def and I never thought to use it until I seen ya video. As soon as I finished, I beat EX2. Amazing work as usual!
I don't have Zack's defender at 5* and this would also involve someone building Zack up as well (which I haven't yet on this account). Seph functions well here as both dps and buffer for me personally and not to mention the weapon is a good subweapon for atk stat later
There's an easier way to do this, and on auto. Extend the sigil duration for as long as possible, by bringing less sigil materia per party member and in the extended time take advantage of the elemental weakness with both elemental attacks and summons.
Where do I get that Red Ball background ? I saw lot of people with it, I don't have idea where to get those things hahaha Same for the Advanced Child Name Tag...
@@PayneBlade Thanks, I did it with Ruin Blow and Ruin with PW 98000 Barrett LV 50 4200 HP Cloud lv50 4800 HP aeriht LV 40 3000hp I just didn't know Ruin is that important otherwise kill everyone with shadow act was good luck with Shiva LV 3 did 9000 HP damage thanks
Just a tip Payne...When Sephiroth does the elemental phase, don't destroy his sigils right away and try to keep him on it as long as possible and smash him with elemental weakness since you only get 2 chances on it. For example he does Lightning Fusion, go nuts with water damage like Cloud's Maritime Sword or a simple Water Materia.
This event is 2 weeks like the watermelon? Hmm we might have a 2nd weapon on the 2nd week of this event . A magic def sword this time lol ? Just like how the watermelon structure? Hmm save your stamina booster don’t go over board
@@wokeaf1337 It depends on the cutoff point if you pay attention where it is cut off isn't the edge of the blade and if you look the blade is also heavily damaged as if it chipped off of something
I really hate the fact that if you have too much dps you just don't get a 3rd elemental phase to get advantage of and basicly he just loop into spamming you with octaslash x_x
@@PayneBlade yeah it's really weird cause after few attempts, my dps was same as usual but this time he didn't push into octaslash phase and instead did the fire phase, so I really don't know how it works, if it's just rng and he will randomly either do 3rd elemental phase or transition into octaslash or it depends when exactly do you push him, I ended up beating him but I'm clearly not ready for the next battle lol

Sephi does not have elemental weakness, lol
He does during his sigil phase where he is immune to an element and casts an aoe version but then also is weak to the opposite element

I noticed something about Torn Wing, it's a destroyed chunk of the Buster Sword with a new handle.
I dont see it, the blade is shaped different, the material looks similar.

@@KaosDeathLord But the cutting edge is curved differently, one would need to heavily edit the remnants of the buster sword to achieve that.
