To realise God, stay away from "woman and gold". At least until you realise God. That is still a hard advice to follow. The Gospel of Sri Ramakrishna is one of my favourite books btw :-)

Why saints needs to travel before they attain the enlightenment. For example, Adi Shankracharya, Raman Maharishi, Gautam Buddha, Neem Karoli baba, Ganeshpuri Baba Nityanand, Baba Muktananda, Rang Avadhoot and many more... All this travel to gain knowledge/ experience about life? Or it is destined? Even we heared about the truth shared by Adi Shankracharya i.e. Aham brahmasmi but still the great followers travel and search. Why? Every time great Siddha's Yogi's travelled from North to south..to other countries as well..even they knew that God Dwells inside... I am just curious to know about this cycle or pattern of travelling and searching...and at the end...we find a Guru who share the treasure that God Dwells inside only.
From where can I study sanskrit and Vedas. Swami has mentioned a place in Himalayas near gangotri where he meditate in darkness. What is that place all about?
If India was a Land of prophet then why is it that half of the country is still going hungry and living on streets... while west has got evolved and created all the technologies that is today being used world over... for that matter even far east is more developed then India... I know lot of people here would not agree with me but try and give me a counter argument...
Kali Tantra despite the poverty in India today nowadays the situation there is much better than in Vivekananda's time.India is already the 6th gdp in the world today and there are some predictions that will be the 2nd gdp by 2050.The West owns a lot to the hindu civilization specially in math.Without somethings in math learned from the ancient indians wouldnt be possible all this technological achievements in the West
Kali Tantra It is a very nice question. The actual reason according to me is lack of scientific discoveries & trade after Gupta empire. Many of the people may disagree also with me. The Gupta era is considered as golden period of our nation because of huge amount of discoveries,literatic devlopement etc. But after that in the time period of Rajputana & Mughals,the kings have not approached a single time for development in the field of Science & Technology. We kept busy in battles within the nation. When British & other european nation came to India then we realised how undeveloped we have remained. Its my opinion for reason behind poverty in our country- Lack of development in Science & Technology, Lack of inventions in other field also like economics,agriculture etc. Lack of model of infrastructure.
1.In our country teaching,poverty both are not distributed equally. Few peoples are getting this all facilities. 2.in our country,there has so many caste , different different believes makes disturbed society 3.many things which is perfect superstitious that also follow very frequently.
Maybe because indiens always knew that happiness and fullfilmemt can not be found in the objects of conciousness because of there illusionary nature 😄😘
