저도 희야님처럼 새해 목표를 구체적으로 꼼꼼하게 세우지 않고 크워드만 생각하고 영어 공부를 손대야한다거나 상반신 운동을 하루에 30분이라도 해보자라던가 그렇게 생각하긴 해요 ..
꼼꼬하게 세우면 나중에 지키지 못 할 때 더 스트레스 받거든요.
그래서 스트레스도 받지 않고 나에게도 편한 방법으로 자기 자신이 발전하도록 노력하고 있어요
저도 그렇게 생각해요. 자기한테 맞는 방법을 찾아가는 게 더 중요한 것 같아요^^
