- Two little friends, Saška and Eliška. This short video summarizes the process of making these marionettes. It took me more than a month to create them, even though the video is just 5 minutes long. Thank you so much for watching!
This is Teresa. The proud owner of the sweetest little girl marionette.
She has just arrived in all her glory.
The movement is very fluid and the detail is beyond gorgeous.
I am thrilled with her.
Anyone thinking of trying puppetry my advise is get a good quality puppet from a talented artist.
That is exactly what you will get when you choose a puppet by Barbora.
I am in love and can't wait to show her off.
Thank you so much.
She is lovely.
Aww congratulations! I had my eye on her too 🥰
@@SparkHomeschool Thank you very much. I I knew there were a couple other watchers who would be disappointed she was gone.
I will make sure it brings as much joy to as many people as possible.
I am sure that great things are in the making at her studio as we type.
She is a true artist.
I hope the next one is the perfect one for you.
That's the best puppet I've ever seen Teresa! The skit in the second half of that video is just fantastic! Two girls breaking the ice with each other is like peeking into a woman's world! My best friend at first was banging my head on the road till I told him to stop! Not quite the same! Make sure you leave some video of you and the puppet! Cheers!
Artistic talent level 3000! Stunning work ❤
Stunning, and such detail!
Sweet children. Good friendship.
Thank you for producing and posting!
Incrível, esplendoroso!!❤
Such care taken in crafting these beauties!
Absolutely amazingly stunning!!!!
Beautiful work. Thanks for sharing your process.
Superb
Amazing! Beautiful work!
Respect!
I love them! 😍 So cute and so expressive!
Oh they are adorable !
Takes a beautiful woman to do this. I met this artiste years ago in Nitra Slovakia 🇸🇰
I am beside myself with excitement.
I just purchased the little red haired girl. She is on her way to my house right now.
I have looked extensively at hundreds of choices. Really wanted something that appealed to small kids and adults alike.
I purchased this sweet girl after much deliberation before even seeing this video.
Now I am beyond excited.
Your an amazing artist and I am confident that she will be my favorite of my entire collection.
Thank you for creating her and his amazing video.
I am your newest big fan.
Your work is lovely and I am proud to soon have an original.
Truly awesome 👌

They are perfect!! I love them! With what material (clay?) are they made?
Adorable - thank you for sharing - where can I buy your puppets?
💖👏👏👏👏
Is the whole marionette made from clay? If so what type of clay? Air dry or they type you need to bake?
🖐️👍💞
Hello. Is it possible to order marionnettes ?
Soooo cute😍😍😍🥰🥰🥰🥰🥰
hi can say love them. can ask what medium you used to make the faces.
Hi Jonathan, to make a head I use several different materials. There is a wooden core inside each head, then papier-maché layer - as a basic skull (shredded paper mixed with water and starch powder), and an air-drying sculpting clay on top - the facial features are sculpted out of this clay. I always sculpt in layers - let one layer fully dry and then add another.
Can you re create the dutch puppets from pinocchio's "I've got no strings "? They would be SO cute! ❤
I love your marionettes. Do you sell them? I’ll love to buy one.
Hi, I am currently mostly focusing on our family puppet theater - we have a lot of puppet performances, and so there is less time for creating puppets for sale. However, I already have some new puppet and tutorial ideas. Once they are finished, I'll offer them for sale on Etsy :)
@@Barbora.Mihokova hello, you have already opened the store and sale of puppets? I am interested.
ما هي الماده المستخدمه في نحت الوجه
Hi, each head consists of these materials: wood (a wooden core which is inside the head), paper maché layer (to form a basic skull - I use shredded paper mixed with water, water-based glue and starch powder) and an air-drying sculpting clay as a top layer - to form the face features.
Hello, do you have a step-by-step video to make the heads? You work beautifully, the puppets are beautiful. Congratulations.😍😍😍😍
Hi Eduardo, thank you for your comment, I am so glad you like my puppets! :) I have a 2 hour Skillshare class where I show the step-by-step process of creating a simple type of marionette: head, body, simple outfit, hair, controller, as well as stringing and moving :)
Could you tell me , what the name of martial that used for hand and face

I love them. I would love to buy them both. Do you sell?
The marionettes from the video have already been sold. Currently, I'm most focused on puppet performances, and so I have less time for making new puppets. But once I create something new, I will add it to my etsy shop :)
Who he be like, I'm not sleeping.
Hello Friend congratulations for your creation, I have a little question, what king of material white do you use for create the face, it´s like a clay but I´m not sure what king of material is?. Thanks, I´m happy to see your creation, good luck!
Hi, to make a head I first create a wooden core (which is inside the head) and then I use shredded paper mixed with water, water-based glue and starch powder to form a basic skull / basic shape of a head. The shredded paper is cheap and light, and when squeezed well, it can be very solid and firm. That’s why I use it to form a base. Once this base is completely dry and rock-hard, I sculpt the face features using an air-drying sculpting clay (I used Holzmaché, but it is no longer available, so I started using La Doll).
@@Barbora.Mihokova Thanks for your repply. Very nice!! Have a good day!!
