City Quays 5 Planning Approval

Belfast Harbour Development Director Kevin Ryan and Development Manager Tim O'Boyle share the exciting news that plans for the new City Quays 5 development have been approved by Belfast City Council.
Part of Belfast Harbour's strategic aim to develop an iconic waterfront for the city, the new 9-storey mixed-use building will comprise 160,000 sq ft of space, including Grade A office space, ground floor retail and exhibition space, and a roof-top hospitality destination that will be available to both the public and office users with external terracing benefiting from views across City Quays Gardens, the new public green space currently being constructed next to the Belfast Harbour Office.
