Great question. Because you are applying those margins to the presentation, I have not found a way to have one page landscaped and another page portrait. I know you can make separate presentations and then link to slides in other presentations but I do not know if that will work in regard to the landscape or portrait orientation. PDFs let you alternate though so worst case, make the two presentations and download as PDFs and then add the pages together in the order you want them! Good luck!
