Pretty sure the christmas tree lid for the scentsy truck warmer is coming out with the holiday favorites warmer release. Wish I had the black truck. I like how that one looks with the pumpkins.

Hi Edda 👋 Enjoyed spending time with you my friend and agree with your rant. I had one of those door-to-door phone company people show up yesterday and completely upend my zen. People are so pushy these days and it sometimes forces you to be not so nice to get your point across because apparently 'No thank you' isn't enough anymore. I enjoyed checking out your haul and agree that 6W is ridiculous. I also don't think you should have to call to ask, this info should be included on the product page. Hoping the rest of this upcoming week goes better for you 🤞 Hugs 🥰
💯 percent agree that they need to start disclosing the wattage of element warmers - I think that bothers most of us. I probably wouldn’t have been so bothered if it was just a random call or I did something to mess it up, but I wasn’t kidding when I said I get at least 20 of those everyday. I don’t answer them because when I do and say no thanks, they’re so rude and just hang up. I’m totally fed up with them. If I could change my phone number and not mess up everything else connected to my number, I would. Door-to-door is even harder to get away from because they’re right there. I have to say, I'm loving all the little drops that Scentsy has been doing lately... This Wide Open Spaces collection, the Saddle Up/Cowboy Hat, etc. There have been plenty of things that I've been disappointed with Scentsy over lately, but these little throwback nugget surprises have been very satisfying. I hope they keep it coming. I'd like to see a bakery throwback surprise drop.
I don't think I'm getting the whole brick collection this year. The bricks are almost a bar smaller than a normal bricks and the scents sound kinda boring or are repeats of something we already have. Probably just club to get a taste of it instead of going all in on a brick.
I wish the washer whiffs was a laundry love bundle instead. Again, it fell short and I'm disappointed.
I wish one of the open trails was "Deep in the heart of TX" 🤗...i want to get the one with strawberry and the one with vanilla. The other two maybe.
Loved your rant! lol I’m getting the bricks early. I’m going to make samples so I want to get a head start. They are a better value this way & none of them sound horrible. I’m excited for Cozy Kitchen. The whiffs no. I only use whiffs on towels & bedding and I like them to match the laundry liquid. The leather theme scents sound interesting but I might wait for reviews from others. Enjoyed the video Edda 🫶
Hi Edda! I completely understand your rant! Believe me…I can get on rants too! Love seeing the real in people! And you are completely right about it all IMO. I think the Cowboy collection of scents are right up my alley! I hope your day didn’t get ruined. I tend to think about stuff way to much personally. Love you my friend ❤️
Thanks for sharing Edda! No need to apologize, I think we all feel that way with those calls telemarketer calls 🤬 I actually had decent performance with my Mod warmer in the bedroom. I think they would make good travel warmers but the way they have them marketed in the catalog I had no idea they were plastic until we opened the whiff box. We purchased both the early access holiday bricks as well as the open plains bundle. - Brett

Good Morning! Loving your hair, it is so pretty :) The handband is great too! I can totally relate to your rant...I myself am tired of having to call for wattage info. It should be listed in the catalog and website with the item description. I also won't buy any element warmers that are less than 12 watts minimum, at best. 6 watts is nothing, and especially at $25.00, no thanks! LOL This month was another pass for me with the whiff box, due to the useless warmer being in it 🤷♀ Not sure about other providers, but I know AT&T has a spam call blocker feature that I believe is available to all customers. I’ve decided not to get the bricks because I still have all 5 from last year and have learned that it takes me forever to use one and I doubt I’ll love all 5 scents enough to have brick sizes of them all. I’ll grab a few of the bars in a club. I’m also skipping the Plains collection even though a few of them sound good. Hearing them say it’s inspired by Weathered Leather is giving me pause.

Wanted to drop a line and say I enjoyed spending time with you today! Your frustrations made me laugh, because I soooo relate. I have so many “really?!” moments myself. There’s some fire in your belly on this video Edda and I’m sure we all agree with you about the wattage issue from scentsy (and telemarketing). I’ve seen a lot of comments about the “plastic” mod warmer and they’re not positive . I was going to get the brick bundle but I think I’m going to wait for reviews …I’m not sure from the descriptions that I’m going to like them all and I want to hear performance before I buy . They are the same price from last year but are slightly smaller ..I calculated approx 4 bar cubes (not brick cubes) ..just 4 small bar cubes smaller so neither here nor there. I’m sure I’ll end up with all of them but I’ll wait just in case there’s a dud . Have a great week Edda 😊

Since the mod is a super durable plastic material so it’s not able to be much more watts but I will say my 8w aloe and my 8w desert bloom throw like champs!!! And I HATE telemarketers. I am so so so sick of them! Does it even work on anyone?! Why do they even bother??

I'm not going to pick up any of the whiffs. I prefer true laundry scents, and maybe if i was able to mix n match scents, I would have tried. I also didnt pick up the bricks. I think I'll wait for my next party closeout if they're still available.

We have telemarketers here in the UK as well. Because I'm severely disabled we had to disconnect our house phone because of them. They now call about 3 or 4 times a day. I'm hounded by them. My hubbys tried everything to block them but they always find a way. There really should be lawstop stop them, especially when they hound the elderly and vulnerable. x
I totally agree!!! I had 2 call yesterday within 3 minutes of each other and I had to politely but sternly ask them to stop calling. I’m sure that won’t last.
UGH, don't even get me started on the element warmers! I just don't get it, WHY?? we got the simply diamond warmer at 12 watts and works like a champ. 6? 6!! seriously! ugh!

Funny thing - recorded video yesterday and said thanks to everyone for helping me that I was at 947. Got on a couple of hours later and now 946 - guess somebody changed their mind 🤣🤣🤣

My Rant: Low watts may work for Cherry Almond Pie, Cherry Limeaid, Weathered Leather or some other boomer scent…but we need more oils to give us the ka-pow for the low wattage. ☹️
Totally agree - needed for those really light scents. The other thing Scentsy doesn’t consider is that the higher wattage warmers work better with vendor wax too. Sure they want you to use Scentsy wax, but why not cater your warmers to both Scentsy & Vendor people - better sales 💡

I totally agree Edda. It would have been better to include those things in the August box. Especially since not everyone gets theirs at the same time. My box arrived late m…it didn’t come til this weekend.
Exactly, some people get it through their club. My club processes on the 19th. In fact it just shipped yesterday. September is almost over. No point in sending me that flyer that late if I had it in my club.

The Mod warmer is just okay. It looks cheap to be honest. I get that the pricey is “cheap” for Scentsy items, but still. That and the fact that it’s only 6 watts…
I think it comes down to full disclosure - give us ALL the facts - material, wattage and not just size. Let us decide with all the facts. If your customers don’t like 6watts, then go back to the drawing board OR give them away in the whiff box before you launch in the catalog if you want to tout that a 6 watt works and gage customer response.
With it being plastic not sure exact material and only 6 watts. I would say it's more for travel in a small room and it wouldn't break and it's light. No I didn't get one just trying to think of ideas to use it.

I totally agree with your rant.. 6 watts??? Come on Scentsy! Also. The open plains collection... Yesssss my kind of scents! Getting two bundles and all in my club.
But it works! We have it in the basement which is 1800 sq feet.

Thanks for the feedback on the mod warmer. Still need to put in the boys’ bathroom to try it out. Really do hope it works as well for me!!!
