I'm about to try this on a few chairs now. I was wondering why the directions called to apply with steel wool. You're the first I've seen using a cloth. Still great results. I already got the wool, so I may as well use it.
@@boompowzap My chair is just like the one in this clip. I tested it on a darker stained chair, it looks like it works better on lighter pieces. Someone also showed that it doesn't work well with certain stains. The older the piece, the better. It's also a little hard applying with steel wool. I had to wipe off a lot of excess, so it's taking a lot longer to dry. Of course the temperature staying in the 50s didn't help. But I'm happy with the before/after. The orange oil will finish it beautifully.
