True, But Windows Itself Can Increase Ping By A LOT, By Disabling Useless Internet Features in Windows, The Ping Can Be Lowered To The Lowest Amount Possible :)
@@riptweakss you cant download something and then get better ping, you could maybe boost it by maybe 3-5 FPS if you put max performance in app settings in windows.

The Code Insights Says Otherwise, This Is From Virustotal: The code is a batch script designed to perform various system modifications and offer choices to the user through a menu-driven interface. The script utilizes several commands, including `Reg.exe` for registry manipulation, `PowerShell` for executing commands, and `choice.exe` for user input. The script initially checks for administrator privileges and attempts to elevate if necessary. It then modifies console settings (mode, color). A section handles system restore points, offering the user a choice to create one or skip. The main menu presents options for different types of tweaks: Power, GPU (with sub-options for Intel, AMD, and Nvidia), Ping, Input, Registry (with sub-options for animations, DirectX, and further Windows tweaks), Revert, Quit, and Socials. Each option in the main menu and sub-menus executes a series of `Reg.exe` commands to modify registry keys and values, and in some cases, executes `PowerShell` commands. Some options involve commands to modify network settings (e.g., `ipconfig`, `netsh`). The "Socials" option opens links to a Discord server, website, and TH-cam channel in a web browser. The "Revert" option indicates it's not yet implemented. The script contains obfuscated code within the `for` loop used to set variables `DEL` and `COL`. The potential risk is that the obfuscation could mask malicious behavior. The script modifies a significant number of registry keys across several hives (HKLM, HKCU). Many of the registry modifications target power settings and performance-related configurations. There are no direct remote file downloads; however, the script does launch URLs via the `start` command.
