Nope I was definitely not running around with a boyfriend a couple of years ago. A few times a friend was with me but never did I really show him. I know a lot of my clients like my sidekick and it’s pretty catchy.
We looked at that Trilogy place near Kyle Canyon and loved it. However, they were still very small, and the monthly HOA due, (actually 3 different sets of monthly HOA dues) was well over $500 per month. So we went out to Mesquite, and ended up buying one of the Del Webb Sun City homes there. It has all the amenities of the other places and a wide range of sizes. We got the 2713 Sq.Ft. Home with an incredible view lot over the entire valley for a lot less than staying in Vegas. Monthly HOA only $135 a month. It’s only 78 miles from Vegas, which is all freeway at 75mph, so we can still come here for specific needs within an hour. St George is just up the road 30 minutes in Utah for Costco. Mesquite also now has a new Hospital for emergency’s. A happy compromise. Also, even though it’s still Clark County, Insurance is much cheaper for your car, and no smogging required. We just have to wait for it to be built, and sell our home here in Vegas!! We’re so excited!!😊

Nearly 30 years ago I lived there and got married there, so it seems an appropriate place to retire and die with my beautiful wife!!! You get so much more for your money out in this beautiful bedroom community of Las Vegas!!! All the benefits of Las Vegas, without the High Price’s of Vegas!!!
