Best advice I've ever gotten, 100% sincerely here, was from Fouad: "no matter what happens, get to the gym". job losses, break ups, get to the gym. so so true. kinda saved my life in a way. i've been through a divorce and a recent lay off and the ONLY thing keeping me sane and in a good positive frame of mind is the bodybuilding lifestyle. the meals, the training, all that structure has really kept me focused and grateful. Thank you sir.
Absolutely 100% agree. Which is what makes this lockdown nonsense even worse. So many people rely on the gym for their mental health as well as their physical health. I’m in the UK and for most of this year the gyms have been closed. It’s been devastating for me and for so many people I know. Not only do I work in the gym so now it’s closed I cannot work. But also I can’t go and train. It’s horrific.

49:03 regarding men’s physiques: I think they should make the shorts smaller so you can see the lateralis(I think it’s the “V” in the quad) like running shorts or shorts Arnold would wear back in the day! That’s the shorts they should wear, you can see more of the legs!
If they’re going to wear shorts that short, then you may as well wear posing trunks. Since at that point the only body part you can’t see is the glutes.

Unless the burger is cooked right through, these bacteria can remain alive on the inside. ... That's why a burger needs to be served well done, while a steak can be served rare. Cheers
In regards to garbage quality ground meat, yes. However there are plenty quality versions of.ground meat safely served medium rare to medium or even raw as with beef tartar. I suppose it depends the quality of the meat your country carries.
