Heading Out delivers a captivating narrative-driven experience, distinctively blending racing and adventure with a choice-driven storyline. Set against the backdrop of a visually stark yet intriguing open road, the game challenges players with moral dilemmas and strategic decision-making that significantly impact gameplay. While the main attraction lies in the enthralling scenarios and robust character interactions, the repetitive racing mechanics and less engaging driving portions may detract from the overall experience.

Gotta be a dozen games a month I wouldn’t hear about without this channel. (Though some of that is due to me not following PC) but still! Thanks.
Agree some of my favorite games of past few yrs have come bc this channel brought them up. “Toem” and “Nie No Hakaniwa-Dollhouse of Offerings”, to name two .
Thought the only flaw in the trailers was that it wasn't more outrun themed, but review makes the more 'Sin City' colouring seem like the better choice.
Haven't played a racing game in years, this definitely seems like it (modernization of those fun arcade classics).
If Vanishing Point was a game.
Exactly. If.
Vanishing Point has libertarian right ideology and topics delivered smoothly and in background while Heading Out only insults this timeless classic by injecting far left ideology and pandering straight in our faces with cringly biased scenes and unrealistic, forced choice options (gotta get that good ESG score). Kowalski was not running from fear or out of fear. He had far greater motivation and principles.
In addition, the historical era is either blurred on purpose or historically innacurate. Police cars are 1981-87 Ford LTD Crown Victorias, cassette tapes are used instead of 8-tracks and the protagonist looks like a modern day spoiled teen paid protestor from Portland or Seattle, the image far from the old-school outlaws and renegades.
It’s clear the Pole devs from Serious Sim have no idea about the American freedom and core values the United States were founded upon. The very important part of what makes Vanishing Point what it is. It’s not simply the famous car, speeding and dozers.
This game is amazing, the radio people, everyone with they own story, you making your own story, and the ending, such a powerful ending.. face your own fears...
Thanks for the vid
Got excited when I saw a Dodge Challenger. Less so after the video :/
This looks kind of amazing. Other than the racing… 😂
The fear meter might as well be a clock. I hate games with timers. Looks good otherwise.
monochrome racing.....okay....
I'm first!
First to be punished MUHAHAHAHAHAAA
Congrats homie
Hi
First to hear my terrible narration-Azario
@@NoisyPixelNewsI like your narration. It’s also really improved compared to, say, a few years ago. Also also, TH-cam is full of bad narration; we are somewhat immune. (But it’s good now)
0:34 I’d put on my favorite podcast but you haven’t made a new episode of unqualified game chat 🥲
