I'm thinking about starting a career in real estate development. Do you think it's important to be very good at maths, and finance in this industry? (a numbers person, naturally good at accounting, maths, finance etc)
You have to know your numbers. Its a numbers business or else have an accountant or someone to do your finances, but together. You just have to know numbers.
