    Maybe OVO should be focussed on the customer rather than 'self contained autonomous teams'. They have no idea what is going on, the call centre don't log metre readings, they don't send bills, then they send emails threatening to get the heavies in. (by the way OVO, I'm not some little old lady you can frighten with a couple of 'security operatives' calling late at night) I rang them today to find out what had happened to June's metre reading after they estimated six weeks electricity at £261, then I was told the bill is £418 because of the £7 a day standing charge which equates to nothing because £7 a day from June till the end of August is at least £420 without power usage. Every phone call to them is the same; confusion and obfuscation.
    Avoid OVO Energy like you would a friend with the Bubonic Plague.
    You have been warned.
