Pro tip: make someone else read the pamphlet and tell them if anything feels funky. Your mind can create side effects out of thin air if you know they might happen
I am also an impending doom thinker. I have been on medication for 14 years now. I've takin several different ones and some have been great some have not been. Sometimes they work for awhile and then they stop working. I've gone up and down on dosage and added additional medication when I've hit the highest dose and needed more. My medication journey hasn't always been fun but I do know that without medication I wouldn't still be here today.
Thank you so much for sharing your journey with me! It's comforting to hear that changing doses is normal. I'm so glad that medication allowed you to also live a happier life!🥹❤️
i was nervous about seeking help and i did ask all my friends who take meds - i was surprised everyone is so open to sharing their experience but it was really comforting and helpful
Omg that makes me so happy! I was also surprised by how open and willing to share their experiences people were, but now that I'm on meds, I feel the same way!🥰
@@Porter7317I did start and it was terrible for me. Spiralled me into all day panic attacks, insane anxiety and insomnia. I stopped after 3 days and it’s taken a month to feel semi normal. I hope it goes better for you!
Hello G, I have recently started Prozac as well. I too started with a low dosage and am slowly building up. I am now up to 50ml. I too am experiencing really emotional periods. I am doing better on Prozac. I gotta figure out my sleep though. Anyways, just wanted to say that it's good to see another person out there on the Prozac journey. I dont feel so alone. Keep being yourself and making these videos. I love the graphic liner looks!!
I know she would be talking sense and could be really helpful to listen but damn that makeup is so distracting and I am like "Maybe someone more relatable and intelligent will be better to watch".

This is a genius level tip!! I definitely wish I had done this! I create a lot of symptoms in my mind when I'm anxious!😬

I take it for my panic anxiety. Yes about the pamphlet. I didn't finish reading it. I agree with you.
You have described how I am currently feeling. I have the prozac but I’m so scared to start!
Me too! I haven’t started it yet either!

When did you figured it out that your boyfriend cheated on you?
This is what I needed to hear! How long have you been on it now and is there still no weight inference? Thank you!🩷
