Like, an old game has a guest character from other franchise of other publisher, but re-release has this character removed because it's too pricy to buy the rights again. I buy the games when i believe the publisher deserves the money. I do feel like we Russians, thanks to our Piracy, know the stuff way better than Right-Abiding Americans.

I do think the X Legacy Collection 2 is one of the only good MM collections, since the versions themselves are perfect native ports of the originals with loadings removed, but that only applies to the Japanese release, aka Rockman X Anniversary Collection 2. The US version has lots of things removed, both things that are only in the original US release (Crash Site Ruins - International Ver) and the things that supposedely had "legal issues". CAPCOM should have dealt with those legal issues by themselves and preserved the game instead of releasing a US release that's much worse than the JP release. At least mods exist.

This was one of the games I picked when i bought a PS1 as a kid. I loved it and I dont think I skipped this intro a single time. Every track in this game was top tier for me.

The gameplay isn't the problem, except for the Nightmare Phenomenon, the problem is the level design. It's the reason why I say as bad as X7 is, X6 is arguably worse. The levels feel finished, but quite obviously rushed with how crappy they were designed. X7's levels feel unfinished, but I never really felt they were unfair.

I think that this Megaman X6 is the best Megaman X so far!! I enjoyed so much rescuing Reploids, discovering secret parts, gathering souls in order to get stronger, etc. And the music, the plot...all fantastic!!
Exactly. If you recall, at the end of X4, X told Zero that if he ever went maverick, that Zero would have to stop him. This was the set up for the next series Mega Man Zero.

Mi primer acercamiento a X6, solo sabiendo que existia megaman hasta x3. (nunca había tenido ps1) y se me hizo raro entonces lo compré y al llegar y ver el intro , lo guardé y me dije "debo jugar todo en órden" consiguiendo todos los juegos y jugando como capcom quería que lo hiciera. Now the music from this intro totally rocks! In my opinion it's much better than the music they used for X4 and X5. Much better. Many fans may disagree with me, but I think they aught to use music like this more often. Sadly however, that's overlooked. Anyway, this in my opinion is the best Megaman intro ever!
Fuck this game, everything it stood for and tried to do. But damn it I love the soundtrack. The opening theme, the credits theme, and a couple of the stage themes (Flame Heatnix is absolute fire, pun totally intended) save this otherwise abysmally designed game
Yeah, I was reminded of why this game sucked, but the music is well at its best. I would choose the blaze heatnix stage and just leave it on to listen to it.

(nunca había tenido ps1) y se me hizo raro entonces lo compré y al llegar y ver el intro , lo guardé y me dije "debo jugar todo en órden" consiguiendo todos los juegos y jugando como capcom quería que lo hiciera. Hoy en día tengo la colección de aniversario que salió en Steam.

Haha, I haven't played this game in FOREVER, but the scene where Zero smiles, and shoots the cannon, and the song, are stuck in my head. xD
Now the music from this intro totally rocks! In my opinion it's much better than the music they used for X4 and X5. Much better. Many fans may disagree with me, but I think they aught to use music like this more often. Sadly however, that's overlooked. Anyway, this in my opinion is the best Megaman intro ever!

But damn it I love the soundtrack. The opening theme, the credits theme, and a couple of the stage themes (Flame Heatnix is absolute fire, pun totally intended) save this otherwise abysmally designed game
Yeah, I was reminded of why this game sucked, but the music is well at its best. I would choose the blaze heatnix stage and just leave it on to listen to it.
I bought this game for 40 bucks, 15 years ago by saving up my allowance.... now that messes with my head.

That scene of Zero after he was beamed along with X, and after torn apart just firing one last blast no legs and only one arm, while he smiles and winks at the same time is just so badass.
